Positives Food very ok, music very ok, staff quite appealing (well dressed, accommodating, genial), waitress at our table (Lola) was fantastic.
Need improvement The prices were all about taking advantage of people. 5 star restaurants don’t charge 40 dollars for parking especially in a poorly lit, no valet, and a very tight space.
Your sitting arrangements are pretty confusing, why charge for a table and then enforce must buy drink with a price tag retail 300% markup? - whack!
Tables - get a darn table cover - they don’t cost but a dollar in a dollar store if you trying to save or get washables to make the tables more appealing. Having patrons on dirty burnt tables, not cool.
Your booths - overcrowded
Bathrooms- yeah can’t say much there. Put up signs so patrons don’t make a mess or put someone but the door to ensure it stays clean.
Door experience - yeah staff need training on asking the right questions. Do you have a table and do you need a table? Those are two different questions… just a bit of training should help!
You got a good thing here, spend some money to make it last.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves and left like 80% of the overpriced drink at the table for someone else to enjoy.

Read moreCame to Houston to celebrate a wedding and had reserved 4 tables for our group with the promoters SKE. We spent weeks planning everything out, picked our bottles and paid our deposits. On the day of, they completely changed the rules on us. When we arrived, they refused to serve us the bottles that we agreed on, forcing everyone to buy drinks at the bar. We have conversation receipts of what was agreed upon with your club and your promoters. Initially, we were told 3 bottles per table. Then you all, right before, said they had to be premium. We agreed to a said number of premium bottles to offset the late changes. (Again we have conversation receipts so please don’t respond with incorrect information)
They then proceeded to give one of our tables away to another party.
Imagine having this all planned out for your wedding weekend and having to deal with this type of unprofessional energy. As long as SKE is working with O2 lounge, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This was terrible for your business because our group of 60-70 was ready to drop a lot of money. 0/5 for their service and how they dealt with the entire ordeal, ruining what was supposed to be...
Read moreThis is the first time I am leaving a review for a business. First off, I am not from Texas. My friends and I are from Florida. While on vacation went to this place to have some fun. Everything was great but, I am giving this place 1 star because of the service and a particular server who looked like a light skinned, bootleg version of Cardi B. We were charged $150.00 for a table plus we were required to buy 3 bottles which were about $300.00 each. While sitting at the table we were pestered by the same server who told us that we needed to hurry up and buy 3 bottles. We eventually did. The service charge was included in the bill, so we did not find it necessary to leave a tip. The same server then looked at the receipt and started to have an attitude and complained about us not leaving a tip. It is a fact that a tip is optional and is NOT required but, since she was being so ill-mannered/impolite we decided to give her one so she would leave us alone. If I ever go back to Houston, Texas I will never go to this place and I will let all my friends and family know NOT to go to this place if they ever visit Houston because of this...
