Like many others’ experience, I ordered a product and there was no indication that it was on back order. I got my email confirmation and within minutes it showed as shipped, but with “label created, waiting for shipper”. I kept checking every few days and the status never changed. After 15 days I called Pest Solutions and the woman insisted that it indicated the product was on back order. It was not. There was no communication in the email or webpage that indicated it was on back order. She said it appears they got some in and it would be shipped out in a queue where I was in line. I asked her why they charge the credit card right away even though it didn’t get shipped? “That’s how we do it” she apologized without any solutions. I asked her can they expedite it without the up charge? She again apologized and said, “No.” I was furious at this company for their business model: charging for something that hadn’t shipped ( almost ALL companies only charge when it ships), lack of customer service to help customers, no supervisor to talk with. I said I want to cancel this order. She said it will take two to four business days to cancel. Wait, what? There was no guarantee it will be canceled in time for the product to go out. In the mean time, I ordered the same product from a competitor and it shipped out right away and had tracking and saw it was moving in the system. A few days later I got the competitors product. The very next day, what do you think showed up? Pest Solutions product. I had to call again. The young man on the phone said because of the two to four day process time for cancelations, it wasn’t canceled before it was shipped and if I wanted to return it it would be at my expense. Really? I was upset and demanded I talk with someone else. Then this snowflake said, “I don’t need to listen to you saying that this company sucks and we’re incompetent.” Uh, yeah you do, it’s part of the job. This company is the worst. They have procedures in place that are not customer friendly. They have customer no service. Their return process is unnecessarily filled with redundant processes. I did finally receive my refund but was out the cost to ship it back. As is the case with many reviewers, it’s the same pattern of back ordered product and charging before it’s shipped. I would never recommend this company to my worst...
Read moreOrdered two herbicides. Mojave and Diquat. Neither showed out of stock. Three weeks go by with ZERO communication so I reach out as ask when the order is gonna ship. I am informed that BOTH items are out of stock (after 3 weeks of thinking this is gonna ship).
Another three weeks go by and I inquire about any updates and am informed that the Mojave is back in stock. Was suggested to remove the diquat then they could ship Mojave.
I still needed both so I asked to just ship the Mojave and I'd continue to wait for diquat. Got a confirmation email stating that they would reach out to the warehouse and work on getting me the Mojave shipped.
A MONTH goes by....nothing. Haven't heard or received anything, so again, I reach out. I was told it would cost too much to split the order and ship but THEY OFFER FREE SHIPPING. So that made no sense.
Basically on May 10th I ordered two chemicals that were NOT listed as being on backorder. And I go weeks and not receive any product OR communication. I am the one that had to constantly ask for updates on where my product was. Never once did they reach out to let me know what was going on. By August 1st....almost 3 months, still no product, they refused to ship me the mojave that they had in stock, refused to substitute the diquat with reward they had in stock (same stuff just slightly more money), and issued me a refund.
Terrible experience with both the website not being current and showing out of stock items, and customer service not communicating with me and just leaving me hang thinking I and product in transit. 3-month waste waiting on chemicals. I have ordered from this place several times in the past but will NEVER do so again. ITs not that the products were out of stock. IT happens, I get that. Its the lack of response from them and lack of willingness to make things right with...
Read moreI bought 6 gallons of Aquashade pond dye online. I never received a email confirmation of shipping for a week so I called. The lady said they were out of stock. I asked if she would cancel it and she said “yes, I will do that”.
Another week went by and I hadn’t seen the credit back into my credit card. So I called multiple times and left multiple messages. After the fourth day of trying to get ahold of someone, I received a call from a man who said he’s not sure why I hadn’t been credited and sees the notes to cancel my order. He said he’ll take care of getting it cancelled.
The next day, the aquashade arrives damaged. It was poorly packaged in a thin cardboard box with very little tape and was already leaking. I attempted to pick it up and the bottom broke out because they only used a small amount of tape on the thin box and the tops of the bottles weren’t taped either. Two gallons of aquashade exploded as they hit the driveway. It’s been 5 days and the drive doesn’t look any different. It’s blue. I’ve pressured washed it and tried everything but I reckon it’ll be there for years.
I emailed the “problem with your order, we care” email that came after the product arrived damaged. After about 5 days they responded and said essentially “not our problem” aquashade seals are known to leak and be do well enough boxing our products.
This all could have been avoided if they would have cancelled the our as I asked and by shipping it in a better box, that was taped well, with the aquashade inside sealed plastic bags. Ive bought many chemicals from other companies, including other acid based products, and all come with a bit of extra attention during the packing phase to ensure they don’t leak during transport.
I asked for a refund from Solutions and they ignored...
