Sugar Land Smoke Shop — Attraction in Houston

Very sketchy business practices. After only using my brand new hookah once, the hose completely came apart. I took the hose back to the smoke shop, for which they promised to repair or replace within a week and that I had a "special" hookah which may require the ordering of a new hose. I called the smoke shop 10 days later, it wasn't repaired, and one of the managers, Ali, informed me that I would be contacted within another week - two weeks later, still no call. I went into the shop AGAIN to find out what was going on with my hookah hose, since I was getting the run around over the phone. By the way, this place is littered with stragglers and suspicious looking customers that glare at you when you walk in, not the place where I want to be. Abraham, another manager - one of the many apparently, apologized profusely and once again told me the hose should be available within a week. In the interim, I purchased yet another hookah from this smoke shop, as it had now been over a month since I was able to use my hookah. I clearly hadn't learned my lesson the first time, because after 3 uses, this Khalil Mamoon too, fell apart. Keep in mind that I paid over $150 for each hookah, leaving me with two unusable hookahs now. I went back into the store again, firstly to check the status of the hose for my original hookah, and secondly to repair my now second inoperable hookah. We are now in December, three months after taking my hose to be repaired and still NOTHING! Ali, once again told me that the owner of the shop had yet to order another hose and to come back in 4 days later and "hopefully" I would have a hose. You can imagine my frustration at that point. I did a little research on my own and found out that the original "Khalil Mamoon" hookah they sold me is actually not even a KM product, they just put the much cheaper hookah in a box branding the more popular and expensive name. I said all of this to say: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP. The quality is bad and the customer service...

Purchasing an ecig or vaporizer? Read this review experience before hand. I purchased a Uwell Crown 3 tank. I asked upon purchase if they carry the coils for it, and I was told "yes, we always have them in stock". Within a week, I return to purchase more coils, which is needed to use the e-cig, and they say it's not in stock. I ask them to order it and leave my number. They never call. I end up calling three times, and visiting the store several times in span of four weeks, and I keep getting told by the two brothers who manage the shop that they will order it. I went it tonight, same story, they said they will have shipment in soon. And the sales guy tells me "there are too many customers in the store for you to be talking about this". Save yourself the hassle of buying a vaporizer from this shady store. Glad to know there is Pine-Apple Xpress Smoke Shop Vape Shop, & Hookahs Sugar Land across the street.

Update: Mark, I cannot seek any sort of resolution from this store. I tried for an entire month and you all did not care to keep me as a customer. I spent over $200 total at this store. On top of that, ask the two brothers about the glass piece that they said they would order, which they never did--your loss of business. This time (tonight), the older brother spoke to me with profanity in front of customers and I No longer feel comfortable going to Sugar...

I usually love this place but today, it left a bad taste in my mouth.. I was there 07/10/2019 at 10:45 and what seemed to be a young kid was on the phone with his girlfriend the whole time I was there. I usually get 10 dollars worth of incense and the FUZZY POP has been out for a while and that my favorite. This is the only place you can get it. I even given referrals to come take a look at this place because there are so much stuff. you can be there for hours. So I asked him about it, he sounded frustrated and annoyed, I asked him if he can place an order for me... he looked confused. It's obvious he wasn't into his work today.
