I had the best experience at check-out. The cashier was Lannie and she went above and beyond the duty. She was warm and welcoming and asked how my day was going. I asked her to check the price of two pieces of infant clothing because they were on the sales rack but wasn't sure if they were actually on sale. She checked and they weren't on sale but said that Target would honor the sale since I found the items on the sales rack. I was super impressed by that experience. She then went on to ask if the clothes were for my little boy, which I responded, yes, and he turns one month old tomorrow. She was excited for me and said they would be perfect. Her interactions were personable, friendly, and caring. It truly was the best experience I've received while checking out at any retail store. Finally, at check out, she mentioned that she thought there was a sale on baby items to which she found the sales paper and find that if you purchase $100 of baby items that you get a $20 gift card. After some calculating, she helped me figure out the amount to which I needed to purchased a few more boxes of formula that were already in my cart to get to that amount and receive the gift card. She went ahead and checked me out and held on to my bags, while I went to retrieve the additional formula, making sure to keep her line moving and customers happy. For a dad still trying to figure out the whole parenting situation it made for a warm exchange and helped us save money. I am grateful for Lannie's...
Read moreI'm as big of a Target fan as they come which makes it twice as frustrating when they don't deliver. Unfortunately I had the single worst checkout experience here of any store I've been to in at least a year. We finished shopping and go to checkout but there are no lane lights on. We know they're still open so several shoppers are wondering back and forth trying to find an open lane. Finally one by one people wonder up to lane 15 and each one asks the girl if she's open and each time getting more irritated and upset she replies: "I'm the only lane open so I don't need it on". Are you kidding me?! So you're going to let people walk around confused trying to find you?! Finally everyone finds here at the same time and the line is instantly 9 shoppers deep and growing in a lane that's technically not even open. This girl was rude and lazy but on the other hand, where are her supervisors and managers?! Why is this being tolerated. Finally after 3 or 4 minutes and our line is about 12 people deep someone comes along with very little sense of urgency and calls two more employees over to open lanes. This whole thing was really disappointing and I expect a little more than that from Target. I definitely will not be returning to this Target in the future. They've permanently lost my buisness. I'm not going to spend money at a place that clearly has no interest...
Read moreI frequently visit this location for the past 3yrs. I'm a regular customer with a #redcard. I just spent well into $500 this summer in one purchase and 100x that over the yrs. But today I'm harassed by "Jeremy" and the other cashiers about my purchase of a $4 drink. The cashiers, the police and Jeremy. Stopped me at the door to search my bag. All I got was an energy drink for $4. In sure u have theft far greater and worth what you are paid.
This is insane, #Target will pay $50 for an hour to monitor a customer purchasing an item for $4. Then to harass them for a receipt that's bagged. When over the years I've paid a fortune at this location.
Its the #holiday, people are shopping, but this location doesn't carry any interesting items. I just wanted to get my drink and leave.
This location is definitely not worth any more of my funds or time. #Raciallyprofiled
After 3yrs the customer service here still sucks. Although it's Target, I feel like I'm at Wal-Mart. May as well just go their, smh. There's nothing in here, just overpriced stuff. The only things Target should sell are electronics and apparel, everything else is a waste, including Starbucks...
