Overall I would not recommend this particular branch of uBreakiFix due to the reasons below. They eventually provided the service I paid for but it took extra time and an unnecessary second trip back.
Pros
Staff were friendly and welcoming. The store had my battery in stock (rare as it is relatively old). The work was done on the same day. Phone performance is good showing that the work did not have any major affects. After I went back with an issue following the repair, they were quick to resolve.
Feedback Points
The estimated pick-up time was 14:54. We phoned the store at approx. 16.00 and they confirmed it was ready to pick up. We would have appreciated a phone call. Perhaps an automated notification system via message or email would help with this and would save time as the team does not have to individually call each client. The second time I went the same happened. They did not call when it was ready, I then went back after 2 hours and it was done. There was visible dirt / pieces of dust on the inside of the back cover, above the camera lenses. (see photo attached). As well as an apparent fingerprint mark that was on the inside. Luckily I didn't think this was affecting camera quality but it may have done in the future and I would imagine the back cover should have been cleaned prior to attaching it back. I returned to get this addressed and the team did so free of charge. The back cover appeared to have been attached at an off-centre position. I would have imagined the team would ensure that it is attached more centrally. Again, this was corrected after my second visit. The phone was handed back to me dirty, with a sticky feel. I went back for a warranty, and the kid working there said the employee who fixed your phone got fired because he was stealing, WHO DOSE THAT??? Saying what your x coworker does !! Then the manager came and said the same thing!! I was like whatever he got fired for not my business, I have a phone that is water proof and now water got inside because if you guys , the phone should not get water inside , and the company recommend you guys as authorized dealer, plus the phone repair is less than a year? And water got inside ?? It was from the rain I used my flash light to change my tire and it turned off, the fat manager start saying whatever to avoid the warranty, and i knew it right there, this low life store is just thief's, they just told me they fire a guy for stealing but it's ok for the company to steal from ppl. Dont go there, look anywhere but those ppl.

Water damage VOID warranty, the phone should NOT get water inside after the repair, they did the repair they open the phone and never sealed it to stay water resistant phone, they caused it to get damaged and they say water damage void the warranty, you see what I'm talking about ? low life ,...
Read moreApparently, my review is in the minority. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with every one of these franchises. Most recently, my wife called to make sure a touchscreen replacement for the Pixel 7 Pro phone would be available. Was informed that they did indeed have several of the touchscreens, and there was no need to reserve one. She even informed them that I would be getting there later in the afternoon. Was advised this would not be a problem. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any touchscreens available and maybe I should try going to another store 15 minutes away. Said they could fix it in a half hour. I called the other store only to find out that the repair takes one and a half hours. I wasted my time and could not get my phone repaired. How much more can I do to assure a repair can be performed prior to showing up and be forced to run around to other stores.
