Fat Tuesday — Restaurant in Houston

Went into this establishment to see what they offered, and to see what we wanted to get from there before we can even look at the menu. The rudeness of the lady behind the counter met us in a very rude, hostile manner. I have to tell you at that moment, when she said what she said to us, we immediately Left the establishment. One thing I do not tolerate at any establishment is bad customer service when a customer walks in and you don’t greet a customer by if you know if you don’t ordering anything you not you can’t be in here and that’s what we got when we walked in there, so in saying that, as we were getting ready to look at the menu and found it, hilarious that she didn’t even give us that opportunity to even glaze in the menu board for the drinks to be able to otter or some thing bad business for me, you don’t wanna get one time to get a impression from me that type of customer service and that type of rudeness does not need to be at any establishment. So no I do not recommend it and no unfortunately we did not get a chance to see what the business grace if the business was worthwhile ever coming back to because of bad customer service so I give them a zero Based on the BAD Customer Service that they HIRE To Represent their Company& That is Unfortunate people need to be Very mindful of people they place behind the counters to represent their businesses.. I was one of the first customers to come here when they first opened, and frequently go there all the time since I live right by & have always received amazing customer service & a great time. Today I came in and the brown skinned African American lady blonde / black hair with scar on her face was BEYOND RUDE NASTY and horrible customer service. I walked in greeting everyone and being nice as always and she stopped me dead in my tracks with the nastiest attitude . We went back & forth exchanged words cause I asked her was she okay due to her attitude . It was so bad that my 10 year old said he was scared and thought we were gonna fight. I’ll never recommend another person as long as she is there. I have a large following base on social media and I am always blogging on places I try & this indeed is one to bring awareness too. I frequent this daiquiri shop a lot. I practically know the staff, even the new people. I always get the same thing! All the time. Today, they tried me. I purchased my daiquiri, took it home to freeze up B4 I went to my event. I get it out and it Was Not What I Ordered!!! 🤮😒. So, I called to let them know. The employee asked me,'So? You're just now calling about it?'!!! Seriously 😳. My response was, 'Yes. I just started drinking it at my event and it's not what I ordered.' And I Always Tip, going thru the Drive thru.
