Very Disappointed and Hurt. I was able to get an upgrade on my phone maybe 3-4 months ago. I picked the Samsung 11a . During these 3 to 4 months I have been having constants problems with the phone. The employees tried to fix by change the settings, the sims card they even exchanged the phone with a new one of the same brand bit nothing worked. I called the help number and they told me to go to my local T-mobile and either switch out the sims again, switch out the phone or upgrade to a new phone. The employees told me that it would be better to upgrade since the Samsung A11 is known for having alot of problems. The people sold me a phone while knowing it would cause problems and wouldn't work. I asked them why would you still put it on display to sell and the person i can only assume was the manager said that Tmoblie is slowly taking them off the market. I couldn't even up grade my phone because of the lack of funds due to my job having to officially closed down and when I asked if the money I used to purchased the defective phone can be used toward the working phone they said no. I felt like I have been scammed out of money which is sad because I always praised Tmoblie infront of my family. I have never made a negative comment about anything and I really didn't want to but this really...
Read moreVery nasty staff at this store. I was refused a warranty device because of 2 scratches (normal wear and tear) on my device. Other than that no cracks, no damage the phone was in great condition for me to have had for 2+ years. The store manager refused to trade my device for the warranty but then offered for to get a new phone. Me and corporate argued with this guy for about 2 hours and he still refused to give me the device. but was willing to take my device for an upgrade. He seemed to be preventing me from getting my warranty device in order for him to achieve a sell. This is very tasteless and unusual for T-mobile because they are helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU ALL CHOOSE ANOTHER STORE .THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. As I sat in the store on the phone with customer service I watched them talk about every customer that came in the store, it was terrible. I have never wrote a review before but this was unacceptable behavior that needed to be noted. LUCKILY, T-mobile resent the device to my house and i've had no problems or extra charges to my account for my supposedly "damaged" device. and also the customer service rep reported it to the District manager because this was just an...
Read moreI have been with T-mobile for over 16 yr and never gone have I gotten such a bad attitude with smirk laugh on helping on a sims card. First she had a talk back attached as the customer is not right she is. When I keep telling her to look at my account. Turns out this was a 3rd party store never dealt with these types of stores. She’s talking to me as if I know what she means on her process or how she handles customer. Obviously she needs more customer service training if she is working for commission. All she had to say this store is not from corporate. But no telling me well you can call T-Mobile they still going to tell you the same and I would still have to tell them I can give you a free SIM card. I didn’t mind paying for the card it. I explained to her I called T-Mobile they didn’t tell about this all they said I can go to any T-Mobile store to get a free card. It was more of an argument with this employee than help. She did even offer like other another location T-Mobile stores. And to top this her boss was there with another employee what looks like talking about work I’m sure, but he needs to pay more attention on route customers service in his store specifically...
