UPDATE 12/19/24 I reached out to the email below that the business said to send a message to. Never received a response or call from a manager like they said. I even followed up with another email. Completely ghosted. Don't hold your breath when trying to communicate with this practice.

Original Post My mother went in for a colonscopy she didn't want, but we persuaded her to as it was supposed to be a preventative health routine for her age. Unfortunately, during the colonscopy, she had been perforated by Dr. Nangia. They did the protocol of sending her to the hospital as soon as possible. Dr. Nangia admitted to perforating her bowels, but not once did he ever apologize directly to her. Only the nurse apologized for what had occurred. We understood the risk of perforation, but we were not expecting how awful her quality of life was going to become in the following months. Going in for a colonoscopy, but coming out with a colostomy bag was not the consequences we had anticipated. They had commented that she should come back to get examined every 3 years. Why would a patient come back to a practice whose doctors have no compassion? We've tried calling to speak to the practice manager to just receive some financial help for the medical procedures required because of Dr. Nangia perforating my mother. All calls regarding the matter have been fielded by admins and have never been returned.

If you check out office site in Huntersville you will see a pattern of front end neglect and unprofessionalisim. My experience with clinical side, colon lower and esophagus upper with Adam Yunis have been excellent, A1.Unfortuneatly has been most difficult to make appointments. Ive called and used mychart to aquire a follow up exam requested by Dr and a month has passed and no appointment. No return calls, find people who want to help but never hear from them again and number not in service when I call back. So clinical experience top notch, administrative 3rd rate negligent. Its a shame for Dr's who are good Dr's but have administrative staff that prohibits them giving patients care....

I’m happy to give 5 stars! I just returned home from my endoscopy and feeling great. I always get nervous before any procedure or doctors visit. I pretty health so most of my visits are routine screenings but I always get nervous. The entire team was so nice, professional and worked to ease my nerves and answered any questions. I received a packet at the end with instructions, photos and general educational information which is nice to have. What was nice to see is a note signed by the team :).
