This business is super sus. I wasn't going to rate them until I noticed all the fake, 5-star reviews by multiple accounts with only 1 review, all written with nearly identical dialect lol. Thanks for your input "Chris Johnny" and "Steven James." Anyways, my experience with this business is similar to their practice of falsifying reviews. I attempted to buy a coil for my girlfriend, and they had none of their prices set. The kid selling the product then told me he'd give me the "better" coil for the same price (turns out it was the lower quality coil, but I don't vape so who am I to know). He then cuts the box open and attempts to sell me 1 coil for the price of 3 before I question it. THEN, he assures me it would be compatible (spoiler alert: it wasn't), but I asked if I could return the product if it wasn't. He said I could if I kept the receipt. I returned 30 minutes later having discovered it wasn't compatible. First, he tells me "he doesn't know how to do a return, and will have to contact his boss." Then, after picking up the phone and waiting a bit, he tells me there are signs posted around the store stating no returns are allowed. I told him I would be okay with that policy if I hadn't been there 30 minutes earlier and specifically asked if I could return it. He finally hands me cash out of the register. The prices aren't set, the shelves aren't stocked, the workers aren't knowledgeable, and they clearly are okay with falsifying reviews. Do your homework and find a more upstanding smoke shop. There are too many in the area to waste...

I was sold gummies what were almost 4 months expired, the gummies were hard as a rock and unsafe to consume. I was refused an exchange or refund by the boss of the store even though I returned right after the purchase… do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. Thrax is a great company and it’s not their fault that Mr Smoke on 10th st stocks expired gummies.

The sales associate was nice and very apologetic he called the supervisor but the supervisor would not allow him to do the exchange.

Nice shop, it's mainly one of the way too many vape shops that's popping up that's more focused on disposable vapes and paraphernalia for the sweet cheeba, the sticky icky Mary Jane .. but they do have some of my absolute favorite e juices that I vape daily that I can't hardly ever find anywhere else plus some other cool vape related stuff. It's basically a good one stop spot for vape stuff and smoking stuff I recommend and will be back, have been several times since my first visit, staff is helpful and...
