My scheduled delivery was an hour and a half past time and the only courtesy I was given was 10 minutes after the scheduled time frame to let me know it would be another hour and a half before I received my item. When the delivery guys show up they take my old couch out forcefully through the door putting marks on it. When they brought in the new couch I had to instruct the men to take the legs off the couch so it would properly fit through the door way considering they done marked the door taking the one I had just had delivered 5 days before that smelled of urine and filth which is why I was getting this delivery. They then lay the couch material down on my porch which is muddy due to the snow I ask them not to do that with the rest of the sections and to please take the other legs off the couch in the truck. I do have photos as well as a video of the worker stripping the screws in the new living room suite. I am not at all happy with either of my delivery experiences. They lack customer etiquette, they are lazy and unwilling to do their jobs and do it...
Read moreThis place is horrible they took my sisters money off her card before Christmas for a playstation over 100 dollars then the worker tells her she could see the money posted in one system and not the other. She called and the district manager was supposed to contact her back and never did. She didn't recieve the playstation nor still hasn't recieved her money back into her bank account. My sister has filed a complaint on the place The did not help her and told her she would have to wait. She has contacted an attorney over this. Not only was she out the playstation for her daughters Christmas but she couldn't even get her money back to purchase other Christmas presents... I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone I don't know where all the good employees went that use to work here. Read moreIf you get something from RAC, and the installation causes that item not to work properly, the Manager will promise to have it fixed, because you paid for the extra warranty on that item for two weeks long without ever sending anyone to fix it. We called every other day to see about getting it fixed and he never delivered on his promise to fix it since we got the warranty. My boyfriend said he wouldn’t pay for a faulty item until it was fixed, so when they finally showed up to fix it (over two weeks later) they demanded payment before they would fix it. He managed to pay all the cash he had on him and they got it repaired today. This blackmail tactic to fix a broken item they sold to us was not very nice since they were the ones at fault.
