I went to them for a screen replacement, which was the only problem with my phone, only to to receive a phone that had this continuing issue with crashing and overheating my phone with the OEM screen they gave me. I returned for them to do something about it, only for the guy to return it to me saying nothing was wrong after waiting an hour. Then I started having problems with the speaker - but because I live 30+ min from here (I'm rural and this is the closest place) I can't just be going to his damn store every day to fix problems he (or his employee) seems to be causing. I noticed the phone was bow shaped (probably a combination of poor installation and the heating) which has now cause the corner to shatter (which is now why I am writing this) and now the phone wont even start.

I normally am very supportive of 3rd party repair and small business ventures, but it feels like I am getting the stick from these guys and I simply don't trust them enough to waste the gas going out there and trying to get them to reimburse me on the phone they broke.

EDIT as a response to the response left by whoever is the account manager - the statement that you told me the phone was water damaged is a complete lie. I never brought it in for water damage, and it never experienced water damaged. I'll be sure spread far and wide that your business operates on lies and deceit. You reported to me twice that there was nothing "wrong with my phone". There was no water damage, nor any repair of water damage or mention of water damage - unless your technician did it. You simply said that there was nothing that you could see. Had the phone been damaged in that way I would have probably just bought a new one on the spot, but I would have had a lot of questions.

Granted, I keep records of all my electronics and normally repair them myself - Laptops, Desktops, servers and likewise - and I shiver to think what kind of dubious business practices you engage in to think lying about your services and past customers is a good idea. Your statement is made to make me look unreliable and a liar. Before I assumed it was just a bad technician, which happens, but now I am sure its the entire business...

I recently cracked the back glass on my iPhone XS Max. I called around to several different places and immediately started stressing because after pricing the repair, I realized it was going to be very expensive and I’d be without my phone for several days. BUT THEN I FOUND CELL GEEKS! 🙏🏼👍🏼🥳 I messaged the owner late that evening through google to price the repair. Even though it was late, he responded promptly and was friendly and professional. I brought the phone to him the next day and after looking at it, he gave me different options to fit my budget. The best part is I was able to do the full repair on the phone for significantly less than any other place had priced me. Kasi was not only super professional, but very kind. It took 1 hour....literally only 1 hour to repair my phone. To my surprise, he fixed another internal issue at no extra cost. I’m so glad I found this place! It’s very affordable, provides excellent customer service, and guarantees the repairs. All of my future business will be going to Cell Geeks! Thanks Kasi for the awesome job...

Keep in mind I never have written a review in my life because I never felt the reason to. I came here to get my screen fixed and it seemed fine at first, but when I plugged my phone in to charge it later that day the whole inside of my charging port came out and attached to my charger. This has never happened to any of my iPhones so now I must use this same charger that has iPhone guts attached to it to charge my phone. Any other charger won’t work. It also has to be very precise in a certain direction to charge. If I receive a notification and my phone vibrates it falls out. Not even a pad charger works even though it did before. Also my front camera has dirt all inside of it because the screen they replaced my old one with was not pressed down all the way. I also have a white glare on the left side of my screen that gets more noticeable everyday. I just wanted my screen fixed and now I’m stuck with a piece of garbage that can’t even charge right. $250 dollars to make my phone even...
