ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! I ordered a pizza on Friday when I got home from work. I left special instructions for the Driver to call or text me when they were close and that I would meet them outside. I explained that I had 4 dogs that would make it hard to answer the door. The person that took my order told me that it wouldn't be a problem. GUESS WHO DIDN'T CALL OR TEXT! When I got outside I told the driver that was why I left special instructions. The Driver then stated "Then you won't like this either". He opened the box of Pizza to show me that all of the pizzas were crammed to one side of the box. He told me that the pizza had fallen onto his floorboard. He then stood there for a minute before asking what I wanted to do about this. WHY WOULD I ACCEPT A PIZZA THAT HAS BEEN ON THE FLOORBOARD OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER'S VEHICLE??? I called the store and spoke to the Manager. I was informed that the replacement of the pizza was going to take well over an hour. WHY? I didn't mess it up. Why am I being made to wait a longer wait time then I did for the first order? The manager should have stopped sending out 1 driver until the issue created by their driver was corrected! I refused and requested a refund. THE MANAGER HAD NO CLUE HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND!!! The MANAGER! You know. The person in charge to run the place. She stated that it would have to be after the store closed at the end of the night. WELL... That didn't happen. Nor was the refund issued on Saturday. It took me calling on Sunday morning and speaking to another Manager to finally get it submitted and even that took 3 days. I contacted the Pizza Hut Home office. They responded by telling me how sorry they were and that they was going to send my information to the location's Manage and that they would reach out in 3 business days. GUESS WHO DIDN'T REACH OUT IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS... Not a phone call or email. NOTHING!!! Pizza Hut has shown me that they will LIE to their Customers and are okay with the VERY low standards of a driver that will bring a pizza to the customer that has been on their floorboard and a Manager that has no clue how to do their job. POOR POOR COMPANY. They have lost a LIFE long Customer of over 46 years.. I will NEVER order from them again and if you aren't ok with "FLOORBOARD" pizza then I suggest that you find another...
Read moreOrdered for no contact carryout. Was told order would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later and waited 30 minutes outside store after telling them i was there. Person on the phone said they would bring it in a minute. Waited another 15 minutes and went inside. Was told it would be 3 more minutes. I didnt want to wait in the store because employees were walking into the store with no masks on and going into the prep area. Also, while waiting, saw an employee go out to his car with his gloves still on from working in the kitchen after touching door handles and whatever he was grabbing from car. Finally after 50 minutes, i got my order. The point of no contact carryout or delivery is so we can all be safe. However, the practices i just witnessed will make me never order from this or any other pizza hut...
Read moreVery well mannored staff excellent choice i made for dinner tonight. Thanks guys for great pizza. I ordered a pan surpreme no mushrooms, and a pan hambuger, and onion, pizza. Jan 13th at like 9:30pm Everthing was on point as ordered. When i arrived for my order pickup i was greeted by a nice young gentleman with a smiling face. He helped me promptly. Also as his boss was making pizza he thanked her by saying thank you boss every move she made. I thought that was cool. She makes pizza good like a BOSS that is for sure as well as i am sure she deserves the respect i witnessed her getting from her team member. The pizza was a 10 out of 10 the professionalism i felt on my visit here tonight made my pizza even better!! Thanks Guy's for being great Pizza Hut Staff Members! " Keep up...
