I literally walked in waited to place my order than wad told there is no white rice. That's not an issue or a complaint . What happened next is the issue. The other panda express had to many complaints so to.cut time I decided to go back in amd place an order anyways. I'm new to Texas unfortunately and alot of establishments have a prejudice or biased attitude. The same person said to her co workers " I don't know what he's waiting there for?" Like I cannot re enter the store once I leave out. Anyway , hoodrats being hoodrats I'm assuming a shift manager came behind the counter after handling cleaning products mopping the floor etc attempting to take my order(cross contamination). She got offended when I said I'll wait for the lady bagging food by the register because she had not left the table. There was more offence in atmosphere when I explained why I would wait. Than of course the rachet person returned to mopping the floor in the lobby. Wonder how many get diarrhea from this place? Only a matter of time before something worse happens if staff are not trained properly. What would the regional ceo say about all of this?
Update april 2 1019am, place actually did give me diarrhea. Damn man never again. I would’ve taken pics but adults nowadays are to...
Read moreStaff seems nice. Bathrooms need a bit of help but nit horrible. I will say they almost NEVER have STRING BEAN and Chicken. Seriously like 4 out of 5 times nothing. Im usually in a rush so i cant just "wait" for the order. Do people in the area just not order it? I always have to wait to get it. Cook to order ain't fast. Kitchen staff slightly bad attitude. It was slow but seemed like a hassle to order the one thing they didn't have. Besides that it's not a bad location just needs a little fine tuning I think. Alicia is super nice though. Good smile. Kind. Thanks yall. I'll update again soon. One of the guys is funny though. I'll keep coming back.
Update Adriana who was at the window tonight had MAJOR attitude. She greeted. Then ignored us. Then greeted again. Not polite. Didn't say thank you. Gave us a blank stare. Just MUMBLED. MUMBLED!, all because I said I hate they never have string bean chicken. I swear this location gets worse and worse. I will tell people to stop going there. I have had better experiences at other locations. Be careful of the lo mein. The lo mein they give you will be mostly cabbage and little noodle. I don't know why we keep coming. Maybe hoping for a good experience. ...
Read moreThe food is probably the best I’ve had from any Panda Express Location, but several times the employees have seem irritated with me, despite me being my usual smiling self. My order got mixed up today, and I didn’t notice until I drove off. I wouldn’t normally go back to switch out a small mistake, but I ordered teriyaki chicken, and got orange chicken instead; I am allergic to the breading on orange chicken. When I went back to return it for what I originally ordered, I apologized several times for any inconvenience, but the employee seemed to view me as a nuisance instead of a paying, happy customer. Once again I drove off, this time with my teriyaki chicken, but once I arrived at work, I found no fork, or teriyaki sauce in my bag. Later, I came to realize that I recieved $12.40 in change, when my order was $6.60, and I paid with a $20. Not only was this employee irritable, and really rather rude in her manner, she also shorted me my change by a dollar. I’m not exactly rich, I can hardly afford Panda Express every now and then, so a dollar is precious in my eyes. Apparently, it’s not important enough for her to count change correctly. I will return to this location, but I won’t be as...
