I have been here for two meetings now and really like the space. There is parking underneath the event center and also in a parking garage beside it. It can be a little tricky to figure out how to get to the event center since it is attached to a Hilton Garden Inn. However, that is minor and there is good signage.
The acoustics in the event center are great and the chairs comfortable. There are also plenty of breakout rooms or side rooms for whatever you might need them for. The bathrooms were very clean and plentiful.
Probably the only downside was the box lunch we had. I think that it was prepared by the staff at the event center. My sandwich was very blah and the cookie dry.
Overall though, I give this five stars because it really is a great meeting space. is conveniently located right off the freeway and the bonus is being able to stay at the hotel right on site. Some smaller convention centers donât have...

The clearly worded signs helped everyone navigate every step of the way and the people were all fantastic. (The guy who greets you at the entrance to the room had a great rhyme: âIf youâve got the dot (on your paper which is given on your way to park), youâre in the right spotâ. Then he adds: âAnd now Iâll see if youâre hot!â (as he took temperatures).
Using humor like calling themselves Batman and Robin are little things but it helped reduce the stress of the process. And, like the first shot, I didnât feel it and, so far, have no after effects at all.
FYI: the whole process from parking to returning to my vehicle took 50 minutes. Thanks to ALL the many people who contributed to the organization and staffing of this event. You each made this a positive...

After they broke the bad news to us there was madness as everyone fought to make their way over to the tables towards the back of the room the company had setup for us with Human Resources to give us an information packet regarding the changes.
Apart from that, I thought it was kinda of a smart move for the company to break the bad news to us at this beautiful location because the building itself is rather impressive.
It's a beautiful building with a convenient...
