I have been here for two meetings now and really like the space. There is parking underneath the event center and also in a parking garage beside it. It can be a little tricky to figure out how to get to the event center since it is attached to a Hilton Garden Inn. However, that is minor and there is good signage.

The acoustics in the event center are great and the chairs comfortable. There are also plenty of breakout rooms or side rooms for whatever you might need them for. The bathrooms were very clean and plentiful.

Probably the only downside was the box lunch we had. I think that it was prepared by the staff at the event center. My sandwich was very blah and the cookie dry.

Overall though, I give this five stars because it really is a great meeting space. is conveniently located right off the freeway and the bonus is being able to stay at the hotel right on site. Some smaller convention centers don’t have...

Just got my second COVID shot at the Hurst Conference center and it was as great an experience as the first one ( was at Tarrant County College.) The clearly worded signs helped everyone navigate every step of the way and the people were all fantastic. (The guy who greets you at the entrance to the room had a great rhyme: “If you’ve got the dot (on your paper which is given on your way to park), you’re in the right spot”. Then he adds: “And now I’ll see if you’re hot!” (as he took temperatures).

Using humor like calling themselves Batman and Robin are little things but it helped reduce the stress of the process. And, like the first shot, I didn’t feel it and, so far, have no after effects at all.

FYI: the whole process from parking to returning to my vehicle took 50 minutes. Thanks to ALL the many people who contributed to the organization and staffing of this event. You each made this a positive...

My experience here with this building wasn't exactly a good thing... A company that I use to work for scheduled an "off-site meeting" to tell everyone they were going to have to start laying people off to adjust for the amount of work they were going to be receiving and they also announced that they're going to be making changes to the schedule for the week. After they broke the bad news to us there was madness as everyone fought to make their way over to the tables towards the back of the room the company had setup for us with Human Resources to give us an information packet regarding the changes.

Apart from that, I thought it was kinda of a smart move for the company to break the bad news to us at this beautiful location because the building itself is rather impressive.

I arrived first thing Saturday morning, 830am 10APR21, and they open at 9am, and this was pretty packed. It was extremely efficient and went as smooth as possible. It took me 45mins, from arrival by car to leaving. I probably arrived right before the busiest timeframe. If you arrive by car, you have to wait to be checked in(they check your name/DoB if you have an appointment). They do the Whataburger move, by shifting/checking cars in rows. Then you park, and file inside. If this is the first time you get a shot, you have to fill put a waiver, or if this is the 2nd time, you just need to show your card. You proceed to review with someone your details, then proceed into an open space to get your shot. You are requested to wait 15mins after your shot, incase of any immediate reactions, they can assist. Otherwise, you are then done...

The Hotel attached it a HILTON. The HILTON SHOUL RECEIVE NO STARS. During the pandemic it was cleaned. Now the place is in desperate need of a a really good cleaning. We walked in the suite and the first thing we saw was a dirty bathroom. Someone had taken a dump and not flushed the toilet. The air conditioner rattled so hard and long that we could not use it in the office/living area of the room. They couldn't move us because they didn't have another suite and THEY DIDN'T DISCOUNT ANY OF OUR STAY. I watched them clean rooms. The mop they use is a broom with a towel attached and the water is extremely dirty. I recleaned the bathroom see pictures below. Very disappointed in HILTON CONNECTED TO HURST CONFERENCE. DON'T STAY. DO NOT RECOMEND! NO STARS
