A Memorable Hawaiian Feast at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill Recently, I visited Hawaiian Bros Island Grill for the first time, and I was blown away by the incredible flavors and friendly atmosphere. The moment I entered, I was greeted by the warm staff and the tantalizing aromas of their delicious dishes. As a newcomer, I wasn't sure what to order, but the helpful cashier/order taker was eager to provide her recommendation. I decided to trust her advice and ordered the Honolulu Chicken, a savory dish featuring chicken infused with fresh garlic, green onions, and sesame. Accompanied by white rice and macaroni salad, the meal was nothing short of perfection. The chicken was truly some of the best I've ever had, with each bite bursting with flavor and expertly seasoned. The garlic, green onions, and sesame melded together to create a delightful harmony of taste, and the white rice and macaroni salad added the perfect balance to the dish. Hawaiian Bros offers three sizes for their dishes: small, classic, and large. Although I chose the classic size this time, the deliciousness of the Honolulu Chicken has me eagerly anticipating my next visit, when I'll definitely order the large portion. To conclude my meal, I decided to try their Dole Soft Serve, a tropical treat described on the menu as fat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and low in calories. Despite its health-conscious nature, the soft serve was absolutely delicious. It was creamy and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my cravings. In summary, Hawaiian Bros Island Grill offers an outstanding dining experience for anyone seeking a taste of the tropics. From their friendly service and inviting atmosphere to the exquisite dishes like the Honolulu Chicken, this is a must-try restaurant. I am already looking forward to my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hawaiian Bros Island Grill for an unforgettable meal.

We have been craving Hawaiian food since moving to Texas. We didn't have all our household things delivered to make our own kalua pig (pork) or spam musubi so we came to this place since we seen it when we were driving. The employees (cashier's) are awesome and sweet. I will update once I find the paper with their names on them. One of them explained everything on the menu and she asked us if she was saying the words correctly. šŸ˜‚ Also, the restaurant is really clean. We ordered Huli Huli Chicken, Honolulu Chicken, Luau Pork, and Spam Musubi. We got the Pineapple Soft Serve for free when you join the rewards. If you are expecting Huli Huli Chicken flavor of Hawaii, this wasn't it. It's teriyaki based but it was still good. Huli Huli Chicken in Hawaii is roasted slowly, sprayed with flavor, and rotates over a big smoked grill. It'll have a semi-charred skin and smokey delicious flavor. It wouldn't be sweet. You can eat it with a sauce (Vinegar and Aloha Shoyu). Like I said though, the chicken was still good. It tasted almost like shoyu chicken. The spam musubi was okay. The Honolulu Chicken was good as well. We are glad we got to eat white rice. It was great! The macaroni salad was not good. They have to fix that. The star was the Luau Pig and Pineapple Soft Serve. Those were delicious!!! If you want great and friendly service, please go here. Try the Luau Pig and Pineapple Soft Serve. I'm sure we will be back again when we don't want to cook Kalua Pig in my house. Also, if want to try a sample of the chicken, just asked them. They offered us to try some chicken before we ordered.

10/11/2024…..This is my 4th visit at this location this year and felt it to be time to provide an updated review because of the welcome received from when walking in. Immediately was greeted with such an energetic kind and welcoming greeting from Shenelle, it absolutely deserved to be recognized as it set the tone for a great lunch experience! She was attentive throughout the lunch visit with proper checks-ins regarding the food and experience. 10 stars for her and the food was on point as always in being great! Bravo and keep with the high level of providing the great experience! 10/18/2023…..In my most recent visit, I was once again impressed! Very appreciative from the service to the professional courtesy of kindness given by management. Marcela and Rosemarie were quick to give me an ā€œAlohaā€ with beautiful smiles filled with energy. Food as usual was great. Recognition be given to both these ladies for their follow up as I dined to make certain I was happy with my order and experience again at the establishment. Bravo Hawaiian Bros as you have winning managers with these two ladies! Love this place!!! Absolutely the best plates and service!!! Today Amelia took my order and was absolutely incredible!!! Professional, friendly, personable. Felt appreciated and valued as a customer!! The staff here is always great and you will never feel disappointment with treatment and taste of food. From manager Coreena and every employee to Amelia, thank you for always making my visits worth to the time come and visit, definite 100 stars for this location as Hurst!!

Hawaiian Bros is more than just a restaurant; it’s a life-changing experience, a tropical escape in the middle of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment I first set foot in Hawaiian Bros, I knew I was in for something special, but I didn’t anticipate just how impactful this place would be. Each meal here feels like a mini-vacation, an opportunity to soak up a little bit of Hawaiian culture and immerse myself in flavors that are both comforting and vibrant.

The magic begins the instant you walk in. Hawaiian Bros’ ambiance is welcoming and laid-back, mirroring the easy-going island life of Hawaii. Warm smiles greet you as you enter, and the island-themed decor transports you to a beachside haven. It’s an experience that immediately lifts your mood and fills you with anticipation for what’s to come.

But it’s the food that truly sets Hawaiian Bros apart. Their menu is a simple yet delightful ode to Hawaiian comfort food, and every dish I’ve tried has been a revelation. I’ve never tasted anything quite like their Hawaiian plate lunches. The Huli Huli Chicken, with its perfectly marinated, tender, and juicy pieces, captures the balance of sweet and savory in a way that is utterly satisfying. Paired with their steamed white rice and the creamy, rich macaroni salad, it’s a combination that somehow feels both exotic and familiar. Each bite is a perfect harmony of flavors, making you feel like you’ve been transported directly to the islands.

What really astounded me, though, was their pulled pork. Slow-cooked to perfection and infused with flavors that are both subtle and profound, the pork literally melts in your mouth. I never knew a simple ingredient like pork could taste so soulful. They clearly take pride in their preparation, and it shows in every bite. Even the rice and macaroni salad, which seem like simple sides, are crafted to perfection, complementing the meat dishes beautifully and rounding out a meal that feels complete and nourishing.

Another aspect that makes Hawaiian Bros special is their commitment to quality and consistency. Every single time I visit, I know I’m getting a fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared meal. This reliability has turned Hawaiian Bros into more than just a place to grab lunch or dinner; it’s become a dependable source of joy and satisfaction. In a world where so much is uncertain, knowing that Hawaiian Bros is there, serving up perfect meals every time, is genuinely reassuring.

Perhaps the most surprising impact of Hawaiian Bros, however, is how it’s changed my perspective on food and life. Dining here has reminded me of the importance of slowing down and enjoying the simple pleasures, of letting go of stress and embracing moments of peace and happiness. Hawaiian Bros has inspired me to look for that sense of relaxation and joy in other areas of my life. Now, every time I sit down to a plate of Huli Huli Chicken or Kalua Pork, I’m not just eating—I’m taking a moment to unwind, to savor, and to appreciate the little things that make life so beautiful.

In short, Hawaiian Bros isn’t just a restaurant for me anymore; it’s a place of solace, inspiration, and pure delight. It has brought a taste of Hawaii into my life, offering me not just food, but an experience that I carry with me well after I leave. Hawaiian Bros has truly changed my life, one plate...

Love this place, it’s always fast for the food and fresh and the menu is simple and healthier overall. You should be able to sub the veggies or pineapple skewer for no charge if you don’t want the macaroni salad. Especially since the pineapple skewer every time I’ve subbed for it has been the most pitiful little 3 pineapple chunks ever not worth the up charge, and if they are not going to add some kind of seasoning to the veggies they should at least use real fresh veggies not those generic frozen steamed fresh bs. Also I normally order online, stopped by the physical location so my kids and I could try a Dole Whip they always sounded so good, only to stand around and wait for about 20 minutes while employees and managers were just ignoring us, only to guess that I had to use the self kiosk, fine, paying with cash forgot my card, take receipt to someone so my order can finalize there is no one, waited for another 5-10 minutes maybe they had some sort of big training or employee party going on it seemed, ended up walking out and using the drive it was frustrating. So that’s why 3 stars it would have 4 stars if we never stoped to try the Dole Whip(which was a solid 8.7/10 we tried the pineapple flavor of course but I believe they have some sort of berry flavor as well.) Not a 5 star because the upcahrge for subbing out the Macaroni salad with anything other more white rice which you already receive a side of white rice as well as your entree being served over a large bed of white rice, also the fact the veggies are previously frozen and terribly bland , and they are super stingy when you order the pineapple skewer it’s terrible. But the chicken is great, never...
