Ka'Lab: The Creative Space — Attraction in Hyde Park Township

I have been to this golden nugget located in the heart of Bronzeville and nothing compares to the creative experience and top notch staff. I felt right at home and so comfortable in this creative space. I've been to their paint and sip and it is truly unique in the way it is hosted and allows you to be as creative as you like, no one paints the same picture! The staff and service is top notch and unmatched!! They also have great open paint sessions on Thursday's and other events like comedy shows, game night, and you can book their space for private events. My girl and I had a fantastic time. The staff was awesome, hilarious, friendly and personable. The neighborhood feel of the shop makes you feel the love you can only get from small businesses. The artist who is also the owner gave us a simple few tips and instructions that made it simple and easy to sit down and get started. This is a true hidden gem in Chicago!!! K Dot provided the most peaceful, casual creative romantic environment. I can honestly say my wife and I have never left anywhere on a date night feeling closer than we did when we went to our paint sip event. This man is truly a genius and genuine within the first 10 minutes, I felt like I had known him since grade school. The vibe was just there. He’s very passionate and a true artist.
