Fort Boise Park — Attraction in Idaho

Great start location for trails. The lack of working bathrooms makes it 4/5 stars. Otherwise and great place for dogs and humans. Connects to trails in camelsback and when it's too muddy to get on the trails, the road to the cemetery and Shaw mountain Rd. are great alternatives. Starting in Feb there are a lot of Robie runners getting their training in. Wintertime is great for dogs because they can hang around unleashed. This is the place my nephew Austin Graves started skateboarding in 2006, at the age of 7. Our family has loved this skate park since then. We recently held his celebration of life here, a bittersweet experience. But, it was the perfect place for the gathering and allowed his family and friends to skate at the event.
