This store has a great selection of clothing, gifts, and so much more! I really liked what they sold here and it was a treat to look at all of the fun clothing and gifts they had offered here, the only comment I'd have that isn't extremely positive is that I noticed the sales people have a really low trust for their newer customers. I noticed them seem to be really suspicious of me shoplifting, so I assume they have had a lot of issues with it in the past. They wouldn't let me carry anything independently that I picked up for longer than 30 seconds before asking me if I wanted to put it in the fitting room to try it on later or put it at the front counter to hold it while I shopped. I eventually started asking the sales people myself if they would like me to put my items I chose to get up front while I shopped. While I was trying my 3 items on in the fitting room, I couldn't have been alone for longer than 5 minutes before someone came by and asked me if everything was going okay from outside the fitting room, which I found odd, but its understandable if they have had issues in the past and show distrust in new customers because of that. I do think they should go about it differently, but I also understand where they might be coming from. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the store. Thank you! I really enjoyed the items I purchased here!

Stopped by this shop today and was very disappointed by the way I was being treated. I barely stepped foot into the door before I was told they are mandatory on masks.. no greeting, just basically yelled at from the go. Wearing a mask wasn’t an issue I was happy to go back to my car and get one. I instead asked if they had any and the woman said that they were a 25 ¢ charge. No problem. However, the entire time I was walking around I was being treated poorly and felt extremely uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting to feel like I was being gossiped about by a few mean girls in high school. In my opinion, customer service is an important factor in maintaining business and I won’t be surprised if they start seeing a reduction in customers returning. This is an adorable shop I've always loved with very unique, fun items. However I've had two experiences where staff have followed me around and, just as the other reviewer said, made me feel like a "Thief and scum." I've never had such awful shopping experiences in my life as these two times. Other staff have been helpful and friendly but I don't go in there anymore unless I'm with someone. My spouse experienced it with me the last time and left extremely angry. He's bought jewelry for his mom there for years. My family and extended family have bought things there many times and no, have never stolen anything. If you decide to patronize this store hopefully you'll get some great stuff and find the friendly staff there; just know that it's a real roll of the dice and if you leave feeling terrible...
