Molina Used Appliances — Attraction in Indianapolis

I bought a washer and dryer from Molina's in November. The purchase experience was excellent. The guys there gave me a great price for both units, including delivery. Both units have been great; however earlier this week, the washer started making a weird noise. I called Molina's and told them what was going on. They checked my warranty, and it ran out by two days. Fortunately, they said they would come out and work with me. They came to my home promptly. Unfortunately, I missed them the first time. So, I called them back. The owner came out on Friday, checked the unit, and said the transmission on my washer was bad. The owner understood I was frustrated and said he would work with me on the price for repair and even bring out another unit if necessary. Today, the owner brought me another unit. When I asked him about price, so I could write him a check, he said, "don't worry about it." So, I was like, "what! Are you sure!" Molina is the real deal. He brought a newer and better unit! Taking care of the customer! You won't go wrong with Molina's!!!...

Purchased a Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator on July 16th 2024 they delivered it and after a week or so the freezer went out and I lost a few items of food. I called they came out checked it said it was fixed and left and then the same thing happened a week later. So I called again and they came a brought a new fridge. It was working fine and I went grocery shopping on Tuesday over $500 worth of groceries left for the weekend came back last night to find my home smelling like death and decay. It was because the refrigerator went out while I was gone all my food had spoiled. I contacted them immediately at 1:30 am they texted back by 9am. Apologized for the inconvenience and all they could do was offer a refund or a replacement and refused to compensate for any of my food loss. My dad lived very simply with a small, dorm room-sized refrigerator and a stove and oven he put together himself. After he passed, I bought his house and hadn't changed much before my daughter and grand daughter moved in the other day. I knew I had to get a full sized refrigerator and a regular stove quickly though. I came across Mr. Molina's appliance store and from the moment I stepped in the store I was very impressed with the friendliness of his staff, his large appliance selections and his low prices. In less than 15 minutes Mr. Molina and I agreed on a refrigerator and stove that were very clean, looked great, worked great, would be delivered the same day, and all for an unbeatable price!
