Enzo Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOOD UNBELIEVABLY in fact I (almost) NO I HAVE to say it's BETTER 💥 than the "Olive Garden" it is really really good food and you can get anything in there!!!! And they'll even customize it if you ask or if you can't have a certain kind of food mixed in with another food like I'm allergic to peppers and anything spicy so whenever I order I tell them that and they leave anything spicy and Hot Off... where else do you get that GREATof service, and NOT pay an arm and a leg & then have to wait 45 minutes to get seated..... and then on top of this you still have to wait for them to take your order get it in the back and bring it to you so after you've waited 45 minutes to sit down somewhere then you wait another 30 minutes to get your food not at ENZO 'S You get service right away and if it's not correct they will make it correct but I never ever ever in the last several years I've been eating their ever had a problem the only problem is wanting more and more because it is so good..... And on top of that they have a punch card so every time you come in you get it punched and then at the end of your punch card you get either a discount off for free food who could beat that no one I know I don't even want to try anybody else's food there's is so good...

I used to love this pizza. I had a recent experience at the drive-thru, they forgot half of my order and I drove home only to realize that then. I called them immediately and told them about it very calmly and they said okayn and took my name then next time I come in they will give me something.

I don't drive by that location very often so it took a couple weeks to Come Back Inn. I did go back in and told them about it very calmly and a friendly manner. And they then started looking through mounds of paperwork to see if they could find my order. When I told them all I wanted was two pieces of pepperoni and give me two cheese sauces for free then we'll call it even..

Whomever took my call did not write down my name.... I stood there for a while while he tried to find this piece of paper in the middle of hundreds of other pieces of paper, and just said screw it then he has the audacity to start talking back to me like I "messed up". It was his team and his employees that messed up my order in the drive through in the first place and then did not take my name down in on a piece of paper in the second place to correct the mistake.

I do love the pizza but I cannot go back after that. So if you get a messed up order in the Drive-Thru do not expect to get what you...

• EDIT adding a star back. After a long time I've given them another opportunity and decided to not allow words of a foolish Employee dictate a whole restraunt experience. Be mindful of the area.

It is a little pricey but SO-SO good. Prior to my bad experience I ate here for YEARS. Slowly they regained my business. I won't frequent often, but I have come back I believe twice now.

Sooo I’ve always loved Enzo’s for year’s. Overall consistent taste, not the most consistent pricing. Couldn’t decide what to eat and was getting late so I ate inside. The entire staff was having a conversation degrading specifically to Americans. If you don’t like America I don’t know what to tell you. But sometimes Americans are bilingual, and that’s just tactless and unprofessional, no one cares about your personal opinion. There is always competitive business. Stop talking nastily over people’s food it’s almost 2022. Time to retire Enzo’s...
