I’ve never felt inclined to write a review before until now. Every experience I’ve had with location has always been poor. I’m always missing items from my order or things have been made incorrectly. I usually brush it off because I too have worked for Taco Bell and understand how it is working in fast food and in a fast paced environment, but tonight kinda iced the cake for me. I put in an order on the app, thinking it would be easier for them to fulfill since it wasn’t immediate, but even then they couldn’t give me the correct items. The person read back the order even, and they still managed to get it wrong. When I came home and saw it was incorrect I called to tell them and went back up to the store to get my missing items. When I got there I was met with confusion and a group of people just standing by the window. I explained what had happened and who I talked to and they still didn’t understand what was going on and the manager I did speak to didn’t seem to be around. at this point it was maybe 11:45 with what seemed to be like six staff members, and for someone who worked night shift at Taco Bell, it isn’t normal to have that many people working the night. The most you would have would be maybe 3 or 4 people. I get the food I was missing and came home and saw that one of the items was made incorrectly. So, this is where it has lead me. I try to cut fast food workers slack because it’s not a fun or easy job, I get that people are very unpleasant but at some point it’s about the lack of care and effort coming...
Read moreService today was awful!! I waited for the longest to even get any acknowledgment at all from the employee running the drive-thru. Just some acknowledgment would’ve been nice. But I had to say hello hello hello, wait… & then again hello hello hello… for her to finally get on with an attitude telling me to hold on a minute. I had been holding on. Could you had just given me some dang acknowledgment.? Like maybe- Hello welcome to Taco Bell, I’ll be right with you. Or- Hello, please take a moment to look over the menu & I’ll be right with you. Something. Anything. But you gave me nothing! Then have the audacity to come on with an attitude. I’m literally sitting there with my window down in the pouring rain waiting for you to speak. Where is the customer service skills? There was none portrayed today. Who trains these people!?🤦🏻♀️ Then I pull around to the window & she tells me to go to one of the mobile parking spots. I’m thinking that someone’s gonna bring me my food out. But no. Nobody ever comes out. So I finally go in & my food is just sitting up there. I get it that you might be short staffed, it happens… but the way you handled it today, is not the right way. Please Taco Bell, train your employees better. They are in the business of customer service, so show some customer service. It’s literally their...
Read more::::: update:::: This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!! I gave this place another chance because the kids wanted it and it's the closest one. I don't see how the order screen was correct, but when I paid for my food the order was completely wrong yet again!!! How does someone hear and type 2 "regular" Pepsi's and doesn't make them but instead gives me 2 regular tacos???? I'm highly allergic to tomatoes and made sure to tell them no tomatoes and after taking a few bites of my chicken chalupa I'm just glad I had some benadryl close and handy because the tomatoes were hidden under the lettuce and sour cream. If taco bell doesn't want a serious lawsuit filed against them they will shut this place down!!! I thought maybe after they hired new people things would start to slowly get better, but it hasn't I seriously don't see how someone can read a screen for orders and still get it wrong and not think to double check the bag before they hand it out of the...
