Read moreUpdate: I used to really like this store, and I still pop in time to time when i don't want to go to a bigger store. My issue is the meat never has a date on it. I realize in indiana, it's not required, but besides this place, I couldn't tell you the last time I bough meat that didn't have at least one of these dates; a packaged date, use by or sell by date.
The plastic curtain at the front of the store is in the qitner only. It's to block the cold air coming in and freezing the cashiers and making the store colder. 🙄
I am still grateful for them from when covid hit and their prices are fair.
This is my go-to asian store. The selection is good, and the prices are fair. It's clean and well ordered. The staff are helpful and if you want live fresh seafood this is your place. When the pandemic hit, and everyone in fishers went home to bake bread and hoard tp, things became scarce and just harder to obtain, get to a store, get ordered, etc and one day I thought I'll go there and see what fresh stuff they have. And they did have a lot of fresh foods. Granted, I've had to learn some words in another language, so I can have a general idea of what im looking at, and pretty much a new cooking style, but what else did I have to do in the middle of a pandemic than google five ways to serve lotus root or how to make red, yellow and green curries.
