Tough to Give It One Star We regularly stay at typical 2-3 star, budget friendly hotels traveling to a destination and in general, they are OK and serve a purpose - to get a good sleep, shower and leave. If fewer people would boycott this particular place, maybe they would get their act together and make it a better place. There is adequate parking and check in and out was very smooth. As soon as we entered the room, there's an odor. Not sure what it was, but we suspect some cleaning solution used to cover up cigarette smoke smell. Not a heavy odor, but noticeable and we became used to it after a few minutes in the room. The king bed and pillows were great and we slept well. That's where they earn our one star. The carpet is filthy. Walk through the room just a few times in bare feet and get in the shower and you'll see streams of black dirt run into the drain from your feet. DO NOT WALK AROUND HERE IN BARE FEET!!! They have had painters in the room not long ago and these painters may know how to lay paint on the walls, but have no clue how to wipe up paint drips onto the floor, furniture, towels bars, tub, tub surround, toilet, etc. Drips and brush swipes all over. The painters moved the furniture, but left paint smudges on the furniture with their fingers. Not sure what happened, but the paint on the ceiling was peeling off along one wall. Not sure what happened to the towel rack in the bathroom, but clearly nobody at this hotel is concerned about the damaged condition it is in. And then there's the lighting over the bathroom sink area. Look up and you see the exposed light fixtures and armored cables. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs a little oil, or be replaced. It squeals and moans and groans for awhile, then quiets down. I guess they feel guests won't mind. Oh and the metal bases on the nightstand lamps have started to corrode, possibly from humidity. ANYTHING ELSE GOOD? The in-room fridge was clean, had a freezer compartment and was cold and the AC worked well. We were there only 2 nights and pretty much slept and showered there. No way would we stay here again!

The worst hotel I've stayed at. Disclaimer: I travel for work and this was a last minute booking. The survice was nice. The front desk lady was kind and curtious. She was also understanding when I asked for another room. Let me start with the external facade. It seemed a little old but not overly rundown. The lobby was clean and there wasn't a smell. Usually this is a sign that the room are the same. But no! I am not exaggerating when I say I felt like I was in an opening scene in a horror flick. Let me start with the least offensive. The first room's top blanket had a good sized hole in it, size of a quarter. The second room's bedding had holes in the sheets! Both rooms were missing cups and the bed were squeaky. Also, the first room was missing the complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Now for the completely unacceptable. The first room: The accent wall was lines that were carved in it and there were drawings/ markings on it. ( Yes, I'm uploading images). The other walls had paint chipped and were cracked and peeling. The floor looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a year and completely stained (unfortunately, no pictures for that). Surfaces were not cleaned. The bedside table looked like it had dried drink on it. There was a sheet covering the table - I was too afraid to see what was under it. And for a single woman traveling for business - the phone didn't work! The second room: Only slightly better. Peeling paint. Rusty lamps. Gross, dirty carpet. No water pressure in the sink at all. Two lonely pant hangers, one with broken clips. The bathroom tile doesn't look like it's been cleaned. But at least the phone worked! I was actually debating leaving but it was late and I paid 121.00 for the room (which is a dollar over my allotment from work) To me that's a lot for such a disgusting place. I've stayed in over a dozen Motel 6's at $64-68 a night. Well I survived the night and so far, no hives, breakouts, or bugs! If that does happen, I'll update! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD SHUT IT DOWN.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE. I don’t leave many reviews, but felt it my civic duty to warn anyone to not make a reservation- even if it’s so cheap. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to a few cheap hotels in my life, but never been to a hotel so disgusting that I was afraid to lay on the bed. Nothing in that hotel felt clean, let alone bought within this century. The stench alone would be enough to turn me away. The staff was Incredibly unprofessional, the building was full of mold with yellowed and peeling wallpaper. Our room was very dark and of the few lights we had, most were burned out or didn’t work. When we tried to close our door the deadbolt wouldn’t lock so we just used the little chain lock. The pillows were also probably original to the building as they were practically just an empty lump of a pillowcase. We didn’t even have a fitted sheet on our bed and the blankets had stains on them. The bathroom was super nasty and we didn’t even bother using the toilet while we were there because a large bug was guarding it. As far as we saw there weren’t bed bugs in our room but would absolutely not be surprised if they did in other rooms. And all night long all we heard was people hollering out in the parking lot surrounding the hotel. Also something we’ve never experienced before was they asked for an additional $50 deposit when we arrived despite paying in advance and having a card on file. Hopefully we get it back in a week. Also when I needed to buy a water bottle in the lobby, they only accept cash, and when I gave them $5 they didn’t even have any change. Just overall sketchy and terrible hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked a room for 1 night because my apartment’s air went out in on a hot June day. It was a Saturday, & there weren’t any other hotels within a reasonable distance from me that were in my price range. Upon my arrival to check in, I was immediately hit with the overwhelming smell of air freshener & mildew in the lobby. It was also very humid in there with only a floor fan circulating any air. It took very long for me to get checked in even though there was no one else in line, & I noticed the receptionist made a photo copy of my driver’s license. I’ve stayed at many hotels this year alone, all of them being much nicer than this one, & have never seen that, but I’ll leave room for my own ignorance here. I finally get checked in, & before even putting my bag down I’m met with the dirtiest, stickiest carpet I’ve ever seen, a BLOOD STAIN on the bedding, & gnats flying around the room. The air unit looked like it was falling out of the wall, the TV only showed half of the screen, & the smell was nauseating. I called the front desk to see if my room could be changed, but there was no more availability. I accepted defeat as I had no other options & just wrote it off as you get what you pay for. But here’s my issue. I would’ve never even bothered to write this review if it wasn’t for this hotel’s fraudulent money laundering behavior. At check in I had to pay a $50 refundable deposit for incidentals. I was prepared for that as it’s a commonplace when making a hotel reservation. After checking out EARLY the next morning, before leaving I made sure to check with the person at the front desk that my deposit would be returned back to me (I paid with my debit card) & he said yes. fast forward a few weeks, my bank app notifies me that the transaction for the deposit was updated, but only $25 of the $50 was returned back to me. I called the hotel to see what was up where they first tried to lie & say it was a late check out charge. Again, I checked out early before 11am because it was filthy in there & I didn’t want to stay any longer than I had to. Whoever i was speaking to said they they needed to correspond with there manager to figure out why this happened, & that they would call me back. The next day I get a call back where they informed me that the $25 they held onto was apparently because I, a 30 year old woman, urinated in the bed. This did not happen. I was not in my room with anyone else. To say I’m furious is an understatement. I say, “So you’re accusing me of urinating in the bed?” & was met with the response, “No, we don’t know who did it but it was found when you checked out.” To keep a hotel so filthy that is in violation of more health & safety codes that I can count so you can hold onto incidentals for damages that a guest didn’t make is evil & probably against the law. I’m looking into how I can get the health department involved so this place can get shut down or forced to clean it up barring them from doing this again. Long to short, do not stay here. It’s filthy & they...

This was the WORST hotel and even retail experience I ever have had.. WILL NEVER RETURN! One negative after another.. Visited in August 2016. But the staff. Whoever was manning the desk, I think he was the owner. Was flat out rude and spoke really bad English you could barely understand him.

First he said I wasn't the person who made the booking... He claimed I was someone else even AFTER I showed my legal ID in the form of a drivers license with a color photo. AND gave him the credit card with my name, that matched the booking and my drivers license.. Also showed him other cards I owned that had my name and photo to try and help him. To make check in easy after a 9 hour drive, I had pre-paid online... This guy made it take around 30 minutes. He insisted that I should get a new ID, which uh first of all some states max how many IDs you can get replaced... Second of all, unlike someone who got a license 10 years ago mine was current and my hairstyle was even extremely similar, I went from a #3 buzz to a #1 thats about 0.5" inches.. I also have black hair so it looks longer.. There is also no facial hair, hat, scarf, jacket or anything that obscured the picture or when I showed up in person..

I'm 22. But I guess he can't read since he said they don't rent to people under 18. My current license I got after I was 18, so they removed the little banner that says "Under 18 until 2012" It did still have the "Under 21 until July 2015" but dude its August 2016, it's not a day after the date, or a week into the new year.. The guy just kept arguing over anything he could, I am also not eligible for a new license currently until I look different or for 3 more years.

If I hand't pre-paid I would have just walked out..

The next morning I went to get OJ from their free breakfast.. Saw him watching me from behind the doorframe, not sure why but not the first door frame, the door led to an office then there was another door to a different room, he was off to the side and looking through the mostly closed second door like he was trying to hide no phone or anything just creepily watching... Didn't even eat food, just got a cup of OJ and swiftly got the hell out of that place.

Room was fine, I mean you get what you pay for.. Except I paid a few extra $$ to try and get something nicer unfortunately it didn't.. Room was fine wasn't great wasn't horrible. I didn't see any bedbugs.. But maybe that explains some of the weird bug...
