Products were very good but there was a blonde girl that developed a bad attitude when I presented a discount coupon for their location. She acted like the money was coming out of her pocket and was very rude. I first presented the page to her and she said to wait a moment while she verifies it in the back. She came back with a sour look on her face and said the price of the discount which I was happy with. I said thank you very much to the blonde woman and she didn't even look at me nor did she acknowledge me when I thanked her for applying discount. She placed my items in a bag and handed them to me. No eye contact, just attitude and negative body language. I don't normally come here often only because it's a little farther than the one I normally go to (coughy shop). I love otc's products and their text message deals (when they have them) but to come here excited after a couple months only to be met with attitude was disappointing 😞 Please train staff to be courteous towards patrons as they would not have a job to go to if we weren't purchasing from their store. Always super helpful. When u first visit they tell u about 3 visits worth of discounts.. and not just ur dollar off here or buy 5 get 1 for 1/2...NOPE. Not at this joint. I am talking $7 1/8's of kush, and not just one to pick from, no nasty day old bread type shit. I been going here about 2 months now and they still let me slide at new comer treatment. I love this place. I tell them when I arrive if I might be short a dollar or something.... BAAAAM.
