I thought customer's should know about my experience here... I rarely ever eat here. But, Im pregnant and had a craving... I ordered a chili cheese burger, corn dog and cheese fries. The chili cheese burger and corn dog tasted good and the cheese sauce on the fries was good also, its just I found a couple pieces of white lint fuzz strings in my fries. And honestly it made me extremely grossed out and I lost my appetite and I stopped eating my food. I told myself it was lint but honestly, I couldn't really tell if it was actual human hair or not and once I found more than one, I stopped investigating because it would of made me throw up if I found out that it was real hair. Really disappointed because like I said before, Im pregnant and I really wanted their food plus I paid a lot more money for it because I ordered it from uber eats and for those of you who haven't used that app before, its expensive because of the added service fee, delivery fee, CA driver benefit fee and plus the required tip for the person delivering your order... Read moreWaited in the drive thru for an hour with huge line and yes I do understand there isn't enough people, there will be like 3 or 4 cooks in the small kitchen but I ain't complaining about that. What I am complaining is that their handing out orders to cars behind me that they pay already he asked me too but I don't trust handing out my card if I had cash then yeah I would but I told I would pay up front instead I've waited for my order 30 more minutes. I told the kid why u guys making the orders the cars behind me instead of mine? He said oh so that everyone has their order already but the thing is their not going anywhere until I move my car once I receive my order and he was like I wasn't gonna ask u to move. Their mistake is they are making orders for the cars behind instead of the first car front window. Don't they realize everyone would like to leave once they have their order but they can't because the first car haven't received their order that's what makes the line huge and long wait. Read moreIt gets harder and harder to support my local lower income cities. I can very easily stop at the bermuda dunes franchise. Drive thru attendant, male, lied to me about pricing. I asked what the difference in price would be for 10 chili dogs vs chili and cheese. He mentioned $3. Once i get my receipt i see he didnt honor the price that is listed on the sign that says 5 for $7.99. He said i have to ask for the price… first restaurant ive ever been to where you gotta ask for the price. I asked for an adjustment and “he talked to the manager”, manager said “no”. I then told him to just cancel my order since they lied to me. He said he couldn’t, which again was another lie since i paid for a service i had yet to receive. Only reason why you get an extra star is because of Violet. She did amazing in deescalating the situation. She worked it out in a way that can keep the profit of the store and take care of my frustrations. It wasn’t the money, but all the lies that were told to me.
