This place is so decrepit. I only came here because my regular laundromat is closed for repairs. This place right here is foul. You can smell water mold in the machines, theres towels strewn about the floor to catch leaks, half the machines are broken, and the half that work only take dollar coins (who carries dollar coins these days???) The buttons are really worn down and this place is expensive. More than double what I pay at my regular place. Almost $50 for my laundry. They don’t have an ATM so you have to go into the liquor store to use their ATM, then come back into the mat to use their run down coin machine. I took a video of how difficult it is to insert quarters into one of their machines. Make sure you triple check the machines before you start putting coins and soap into it, i wasted some of hoth because I assumed that the washing machines would work in the laundromat. The freaks are here in the daytime so you’re just as likely to run into a creep as you are at night. They have a weird notice on the back that says if a machine fails, to write your info down and put it in the mailbox so they can refund you. Red flag right off the bat, there isn’t anyone actually here to look after anything. My other place, the owner is there from open to close and he fixes things in a jiffy, its cleaner and all the machines are fairly priced and bigger too. Don’t come here, go to SoFi Laundry off La Brea instead. Hope they open back up soon because I definitely won’t be...
Read moreI put $20 in their change machine and it didn’t give me any quarters. There was a “money return” lever I tried to use but it didn’t do anything. I called the number on their page on Google and got a voicemail. I also sent a text to that number but didnt hear anything back, although they did read my message.
There was a worker across the laundry mat that asked me if I needed help. She was stand-offish and told me I needed to come back to let the owner review the cameras before they could give me my money back. She got upset because I was on the phone when all of this was happening and said “I’ll just let you finish your conversation before I help.” Like, what does my call have to do with you??? I explained that the time she told me to come was during my work hours, all she offered was for me to write my name and number on a piece of paper and I have YET to hear back from them at all....
Read moreHours listed on Google and on the doors are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I came to get my clothes out of the dryer at 8:30 and they are closed. There is no answer at the phone number listed on google. On the front door there is a sign that says “in case of emergency call:” and lists two phone numbers, both of which are disconnected. No note on the door that they had to step out or anything. Just locked my out from my clothes during business hours.
As people leave their clothes here, they have a responsibility to stay open for their stated hours. Beyond unprofessional, will...
