If i can give no stars i would. Customer service was the worst. And the food was nasty. I came in for 3 bigger plates. They had ran out of veggie rolls so the girl in the middle getting the food together told me it would take about 5 minutes. I said I would wait. Brandy P charged me and she was really helpful. I told Brandy I was waiting for some spring rolls she asked the manager and she said 5 to 8 minutes. They had not put the rolls to cook and I had already paid. Keep in mind there where 2 people ahead of me when the first employee told me 5 minutes. So I waited, about 20 minutes after I had paid. I asked the cashier that was no longer Brandy about how much longer and she gave me attitude. I told her I was waiting for two veggie rolls and I had been waiting for about 20 minutes I told her you first told me 5 minutes then Brandy said 5 to 8. She turned around and said I didn't tell you anything with a really bad attitude. Then she goes and gets two chicken rolls and through them at my hand. I asked to speak to the manager. I told her what happened she said sorry and that she would give me an extra order of veggie rolls for the wait. I asked the manager for the cashiers name and she said she couldn't tell me the cashiers name. I get home after about 30 minutes of waiting my food was cold and the chow mein was all veggies with hardly any noodles. This is a panda I usually go to because it close to my home. After I ordered, I was told to sit down in lobby and wait for my food, Mixel approached me while I was sitting at table in the Lobby and she asked me, " are you waiting on someone, or what." I said, " I've been helped already. " She asked me same question again, and I responded the same. She then walked to a employee behind the counter and pointed at me as if though she was asking employee if I ordered, the employee said, yes. She then came to me and said, " I just wanted to make sure. " There were other people sitting in lobby as well waiting, but, she didn't say anything to them, they were Latino, and 1 white person. I asked mixel what she was making sure of, and she didn't respond. Mixel, you will see that she racially profiles Black people, she really does, I wrote corporate already, hopefully she gets counseling because, it's profiling, I'm going to write the news media as well, and in closing, while I'm at it, when you order a family size order of fried rice, they will say it will take 5 or 6 minutes, but, they , when your not watching, will bring out rice that they save from the previous day, they sell it like that, when you order, a family size , fried rice, stand there and watch them make it fresh , or, you will get rice already in fridge from previous day, this incident occurred...

My husband and I weren’t sure what we wanted and indecisiveness can be annoying at times but this Panda Express team kindly made suggestions to us with beaming smiles. I am very passionate about customer service and as much as my husband and I love to eat put at nice restaurants and try new things (we are foodies), we were just flying in from our of town and thankfully Panda Express was open on the way home from LAX. My point is, we have gone to “5 and 4-star” restaurants and the customer service wasn’t matching. So anytime I see hardworking people do their best to provide 5-star customer service in the fast food industry, I’m going to give them their flowers.
