Almost 10 years and still no "major remodel" as promised by the owner.
This place is sad. I used to come here 20 + years ago and it was a descent place to come to. Now it looks like a ghost town. My booths are closed. The food court is closed too.
The bathrooms look like crap. The handicap stalls in the bathroom are boarded up. This has ADA violations written all over it. I will be putting a complaint for this.
Supposedly there are renovations happening but that sign has been up for at least 2 years.
I think this place it a typical situation where the landlord was too cheap to make improvements along the way and let the place deteriorate while he was living the good life. Now it's too late to bring this indoor swapmeet...

It's been a couple of years since my last trip so I decided to go. A lot a changed in 2 years. Half of the Marketplace is empty.
