First off I would like to say that I am very displeased with the district manager Myra not giving me proper information when paying for my storage. The agreement made to pay a price when I came in on a previous day in October was paid in full. I sent someone to my storage in October and they couldn't get in because the associate says I owed money! After calling many different times and speaking to many different people I became more irritated because the more people I spoke to the more I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over.Today I went in and the associate was sitting at her desk on her personal phone when I walked up. I waited a few seconds to be acknowledged by Patrice and she continued to browser on her phone! I said hello once she still was on her phone. Second time I said hello she responded and then proceeded to ask me for information. I gave her my information and continued to pay my bill! Then month of October I'll be been locked out my me unit after I paid agreed amount due to them postponing my rental increase until November. I made sure that the price I had to pay was all I had to pay to have full access to my unit for the month of October to be able to move out before November. That associate at the "we care department" assured me that all I had to pay was that agreed amount and I would have access. However that didn't happen because I'm writing this review after not writing a review many other times giving them chances to fix the problem. The problem never got better and only got worst and more money I'm out of for a lock cut that shouldn't of been done when I paid the amount I was told to pay. Inconveniences I had to go through because of promises made by employees and management. I writing this to help the company. Overall customer service needs major improvement. Giving accurate information to tenant to help them and not hurt them. The lock should of been giving to me for all this confusion but yet I had to pay for a lock when I was given in accurate amounts to be told my balance is 3 different amounts after I paid said amount to come in today and be told I didn't have an amount due for October and I was oy paying November rent and past insurance for previous month is very displeasing to me. This has been a very bad experience with public storage and I would never refer or rent there...

She has a Very nasty, arrogant disposition. i had a past due balance that she did not offer proper help or options for me to clear my balance up. She was very snobby and rude when I was talking to corporate about the matter. expressing that I may be talking to a foreigner or somebody from another state. Because nobody can just talk to corporate. She proclaimed she is property manager and what she says goes. She also expressed that if I didn't pay by a certain time a third party auctioneer would come to get my things. Well before the office even opened. Would not explain to me how the auction process worked. i am paying waaayyyyy to much for a 5x10 unit and I expressed many times that I am experiencing a Financial hardship. She offered no options to help me resolve my account. I even had my church pastor call to help me resolve the issue and she was nasty to my pastor as well.. public storage absolutely lost a customer of over 10 plus years. One bad apple can definitely spoil the bunch I would not recommend this property at all. The units are priced insanely high and customer service for lack of better...
Read more6/2021 I recently purchased a 8 x 10 storage space. I’ve never had my own storage so this was totally new for me, but Jose made it very convenient and an easy process to transition both my professional and access home items into my new storage unit. He walked me through the process online gave me pertinent information and how to keep everything safe and distance friendly even as we transition through the COVID-19 restrictions. I’m super excited to be able to clear up some space and having a safe and appropriate space to store my items.
Update 10/30/2021 I have not even had this storage six months and received a notice that the storage rate is increasing nearly 30%. Not sure if they’re following suit or the gentrification of the Inglewood area. But this is definitely not comforting considering the rate of increase if the space goes up that same rate twice per year.
