Read moreI'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I ordered the Globber Ultimum when they had the Halloween sale and I was excited to get a great price on an expensive scooter. However, a couple days later they inform me there was a mistake and that scooter can't ship with the flat rate shipping I've already paid. Now they want me to pay an additional $30 on top of the flat rate shipping or they will cancel the order. I emailed them back expressing my shock that they weren't willing to cover the extra expense since it was their mistake. They replied by asking for confirmation that the order should be cancelled. Ridiculous. After the extra shipping it came to the same price as on Amazon and more expensive than Target so what's the incentive to buy from The Vault when I was drawn by the price in the first place? Read moreI live in Pittsburgh, PA and was searching for a pro scooter for my son for Christmas. My first phone call was to see what would work for him. I have no clue when it comes to these things. The man I spoke with was so KIND and helpful! Usually when you call a store to ask for help they make you feel like you annoyed them. NOT THIS STORE! He truly cared about my purchase for my son. Come Christmas time my son finally got to see what Santa brought him. He was so ecstatic. One problem was that the handle bars seemed to big. So I called the store because, well, what do i know. Not one second did the man on the other line make me feel bad or like an annoyance. He educated me and gave me some REALLY good advice.
