The airlines messed up my arrival and I was late getting cards for the upcoming trade show. I was stuck one day staying at a hotel by the airport because Delta forgot my baggage. This happened to be the closest Staples to my destination hotel and the first staples i called. I called them very late in the day. Around 5pm. The gentleman that I spoke with originally told me that the woman handling printing had an order for 2000 cards. He said he didn't think she could get to me and gave me some suggestions of other stores to call. I called 16 stores. Staples to UPS to independent to Fedex. I even said crazy stuff like, "I need like 20 cards." After being defeated, I called back to the store to let the man know that I had no other option and that I'll just put in an order and try to get it done today or grab it in the morning before show start. Shannon answered the phone and offered to try to get me something for my show. I placed the order and she went out of her way to get me something for the first day of the show. Obviously management at this store is good, because everyone waited on me even after closing. I recently had an accident and it's been hard to get around this last week, but I'm feeling better. Read moreTerrible experience for online order. Paid for 2 different orders. Got confirmation from both freights that both packages are delivered. Went to this store to pickup orders. After waiting for 10 minutes for next person, another lady (cashier) asked me politely if she can help. I told her about 2 packages. She told me I only have one! I told her that the fedex has already delivered to your store then how come only one order? She asked me to wait and she started taking orders from register for other customers. After waiting again for 5 minutes I told her that I am waiting for long time and she said - I am serving customers! Then who the hell was I?? After I started shouting, manager came outside (who was serving before me to previous customer at online orders counter). She told me that other lady is "technically" not supposed to get online orders?? Then why even she asked me at first time? Again she started checking my orders and then asked inside somewhere and I got both of my packages. 2 things I saw in this store - Worst customer care. No faith on online order with staples. 2nd experience with online orders where I needed to tell them that the package was already delivered to you. I will never go to this...

I’m not sure if they gave me the correct name but BRITNEY store 1350 was RUDE and me thinking about is making me extremely upset and pissed off again. I wanted to print and I was not getting the email off my phone, and I understand she has not control over that but as I walk away, she and another female were laughing and so I called out for customer service which a male employee assisted me. What pisses me off is her laughing out loud in my face and behind my back like I couldn’t hear them. If I was any other customer, the reaction would differ than how I responded. While I was walking out the store she was behind me covering her mouth still laughing and looking at whoever she was looking at. I work in customer service and if I did that, I would have been terminated. She acts like that because she doesn’t feel like management will do anything to her, like her job is safe. I hope staples actions their rude unprofessional employees isn’t just a slap on a hand. This needs repercussions !!! That girl needs to learn respect, just because I’m the same age range as her isn’t an excuses....
