I bought a table set from them. hey say that the delivery would b done by Friday the latest. When they deliver one of the chairs was broken. We had called the next morning and told there supervisor and she said that we must take it back. So I had ask my husband to take it back. When he got to the store the supervisor leave a note. They say that the chair had to go back to the manufacture to b repair.It tools us 2 weeks before we got back the chair. When we got back the chair. I sat on hit and went straight on my back I was 2 months pregnant at the time.I couldn't get up my husband and cousin had to take me up. The next morning I woke up and couldn't move so I called the store and was told by there supervisor that she would have to talk to there manager. She called back and said that she he said that when I come in they would exchange the chair and reimburse something. Would u believe that there manager that owns a store up the road called S&S came and started to say that he ain't going to do nothing and he isn't to change the chair. Horrible store I purchased a table set from them. I spent 600.00 on it. They delivered my table late. No courstey call to advise me there was a delay in the delivery. I was calling from 1 pm and they refused to answer my call. Finally I got to speak to a supervisor and she wasn't able to give me a clear answer on how she didn't know anything about my delivery. She stated that there was a delay but she couldn't tell me if the drivers where on their way or not. Clear not acceptable poor business ethics of her and there customer service. If I didn't call I will have no idea or clue of my merchandise . They are not responsible at all what so ever . Buyer be aware. One star rating did I mention my table has a corner cracked. DO NOT buy Furniture from this place! The guy that runs the furniture department is very unprofessional. He told me my futon will arrive the same day. After I paid for it he said I will call you in an hour and let you know when they are on the way. I waited for hours never got a call. When I called the store I got no answer from the furniture department. I tried calling him again 5 hours later and he told me it will arrive tomorrow. Then they delivered the frame with missing parts. Stay away from this store if you need any furniture. They will waste your time and money. Very unprofessional.
