Kendra Scott — Attraction in Jackson

The KS/CUPS promotion was a complete failure. 7/9/18, my daughter along with other UMC grad students celebrated receiving a KS cup from CUPS and proceeded to go to the Jackson, MS store only to find themselves waiting in line for over 2 hours to go in and hopefully receive their "free" item. At 6:59 pm, an employee locks the doors, tells all those still waiting to come back in the morning of July 10 at 730 am and pick up their free item. On arrival to the store at 730 am, the students along with other "winners" were told that the store had run out of items, given a coupon expiring July 31, 2018, and told to come back! Shameful and extreme poor...

My KS store in AL has virtually no Color Bar stones in stock at any given time. I called Erin, the manager, at this store in MS. Within 20 mins, she placed a video call to allow me to view a huge selection, I bought the locket I was in need of, plus several pricey opal stones & a custom pair of gunmetal earrings. We finished up at 4pm Friday. She packaged everything neatly including my GWP item. I was in receipt of everything by 11:15am Saturday. Great store experience. I went to purchase my wife a matching necklace and earring set. This location didn't have the exact pair I was looking for in stock, but instead of selling me on something else in stock, they took the time to find it in stock at another location and helped connect me to that store for purchase.
