On July 15, 2025, around 1:20–1:30 PM, my friend and I (both Black) entered your store. We stayed for about 10 minutes, browsing, but were never greeted or acknowledged. The older woman working there remained on her phone the entire time and made no effort to engage with us or ask if we needed any assistance (knowing we were there).
As we were leaving, two white women entered and were immediately greeted. This contrast in treatment made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While we don’t want to jump to conclusions or assume intent, the difference in how we were treated compared to others left us feeling dismissed and disrespected.

I went by on New Year’s Day during normal Business hours. and they were closed. I live out of town so the next time I was able to get back was today and I was informed that I could not return $300 worth of merchandise nor can I exchange it due to their managers policy.
