Highland Square — Attraction in Jacksonville

This place is crazy! They have different folks coming to your home TRYING to fix things that they can't fix. Sometimes even making things worse. The plumbing is horridly old and the kitchen and bathroom smells like sewage every day. I've been living here for 6yrs and there has been 4 different owner's and all of them has raised the rent. They claim to have updates. But all they really did was sloppily painted the doors and put on a kick plate on the bottom. The inside has no updates, no dishwasher, no washer dryer connect. The ceiling in my bathroom has fallen 3xs. And they will not fix it. At one point I had to use an umbrella to use the toilet so the yellow liquid would'nt fall on my head 😰. So after all this time, I give up. I'm moving. I just can't take it anymore. I got a phone call the day before December from "management" saying your rent is going up $100. So they can have this old ass apartment. I'm over plugin the toilet and having feces in my tub because the pumping KEEPS clogging and backing up in the tub. Because they keep raising the rent for nothing. I'm done. ✌ I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, since I know the rent will go...

NEVER WILL I WALK INTO A CVS AGAIN!!! In a matter of 5 days they management to completely Erase 3 Prescriptions that were antibiotics and pain medication!!! I called the Corporate Office and filed a Complaint, they called this Store to try to help get it straightened out and got 3 different answers about where and what happened to the Prescriptions.
