I have gone to this locations many times now trying to give it a second, third, fourth chance to get things right and I leave disappointed every time. I have ordered in person and on the app and they have still messed up the order each time. In person, I ordered a passion tango tea and lemonade and received a pineapple lemonade refresher. I said okay maybe they just misheard me itās fine this is a refreshing drink and I wonāt complain. Iāve gotten macchiatos that have two sips of coffee in them. Iāve ordered an iced blonde vanilla latte in the drive thru and received an iced caffe latte (I know this for a fact because I am a rewards member and this is what it said on the receipt). Two completely different drinks. Still tho I said okay this is fine it isnāt what I asked for but itās fine. Today I ordered through the app a peach green tea with lemonade and strawberry purĆ©e thinking okay itās in the app how could they mess it up, right? This drink clearly has hibiscus in it, which I hate. It honestly tastes like a berry hibiscus refresher with strawberry purĆ©e, not even a taste of lemonade. Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday I went to the Starbucks on Dunn Avenue I ordered 3 Dragonfruit lemonades, as the server was passing them to me through the window the carton carrier broke all three (3) drinks ended up in my lap and all over my car, I was asked by the young man if I could pull to the side, no one came out to assist or to tell me what was going to happen, I got out of my car to remove my mats that were drenched, I cleaned the dragon fruit out as I continued to try and wipe the drink out of my car and out of the door, no one assisted me, the young man that had served me came out with 3 more drinks and a piece of lemon loaf , I was shocked, no paper towel or assistance to help clean my vehicle no mention that my clothes were soaked with lemonade , I asked for a manager he told me there was none on duty, I asked for contact information he bought me a business card, NO INCIDENT report taken, a slice of lemon loaf are you serious, THIS IS NOT THE END.....today Sunday the manager is still of duty. Ā Ā Ā Read moreA few issues here. Shame on Starbucks for the lack of attention and love to this location. Iām guessing itās because this store is in a lower end (financially)black neighborhood. The parking lot is filthy, the bathrooms are dirty, and inside of this location is also filthy. If you look behind the counter while ordering you will see food, paper and what looks like tile that has not been moped in weeks. The lobby needs a desperate clean and make over also.Yesterdays visit 5/26/2023- I ordered a breakfast sandwich & drink on the app. When I arrived my sandwich was not on the counter. I asked a barista for my sandwich then another lady out loud said ā I made it, but I donāt know where I put itā laughed and walked off. Iām still looking for the joke.
