Today I was very displeased with how Michael's handle a situation their company caused, while checking out the clerk I had was very sweet and patient while the computer failed to load when it finally loaded that my payment was declined we tried once more and I checked my bank to see if anything was declined knowing I had the money for my purchase the computer had timed out and that's what was declined I was clearly charged for my purchase in my bank transactions list and showed the clerk she alerted her manager and the manager took over to see what had happen, the manager made me insert my car once more and I got charged again for the purchase I already clearly paid for now I've been charged twice and used all I had left on my card at this point they decide to void all charges and because it's the weekend I wont get my money till Monday so after 2 hours of waiting to get it sorted I have to walk out empty handed needing to make a cake tomorrow for a kids birthday party, my bank clearly shows I bought it twice and will till Monday so why couldnt I have just come back Monday and paid once the transactions were sorted. I will not be coming back to Michael's after my experience today, but thank you to the kind clerk I did have who felt my frustration through my smile. Read moreOrdered several items on 9/19. Shipping label created on 9/21. As of right now my order has yet to be picked up and sent to the mail courier. No date for delivery set. Even though the website says 2-5 business days for shipping. Customer service is saying the processing time is now 3-5days ON TOP OF delivery time and to check back on the 28th of this month to see if the package has even moved! At which point they will either reship or refund. But they can't cancel an order that hasn't even been picked up! So now I have to wait for items I no longer need just to send it back and wait ANOTHER 3 TO 5 DAYS to get my refund?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!!!I purchased the items for a gift and by the time I get my money back to make another gift the recipient's birthday will have come and gone. Shame on you Michael's! I never had this...

I buy all my supplies at Michaels because they always have excellent selections in all their departments, great sales, and stellar customer service. My latest purchase at Michaels was having one of my Mother's favorite paintings re-matted, new glass and a new back. I couldn't afford a new frame. They did a fabulous job! This painting is an original, priceless, irreplaceable, beautiful work of art. My Mother died in 1999. Right after she died I had one of her beautiful paintings matted and framed at this same Michaels. It still looks gorgeous and I treasure every one I own. I will always shop at my Michaels! Great...
