FIRST PICTURE IS WHAT I GOT AT VERDE SECOND PICTURE IS AFTER I GOT IS CORRECTED AT ANOTHER SALON! They were at least nice enough to cut my hair too I was excited they were able to get me in last min. I wanted to do a big chop and highlights. Sadly I was met with a different game plan. I spent $240 for highlights that are barely noticeable no hair cut and was told they couldn’t curl my hair because quote “I’m not great with hot tools” … Dissapointed I left a voicemail trying to correct this. The owner and I had gotten along great the day we met but the second I had issue there was an immediate disconnect. Conversation didn’t go well we’ll leave it at that. Ultimately I decided to go with another salon. I had a consultation today and they can’t believe I even walked out happy in the first place. Lesson learned. Stinks cause I really wanted to like this place. I understood it was gonna be a process but I didn’t expect my hair to be this much of a mess coming out of a salon. The pictures will speak for itself and I will show you this is a verde isssue gladly :) I’m not one to leave bad reviews. But if you are getting your taxes this year please skip this place go to someone else respectfully. Edit: the total of 3 box dyes on my hair with one month of letting it fade.I understood it was going to be a process what I don’t appreciate it how you handled it. Your response to me clearly shows how combative you are. How YOU acted is why I left a bad review rather then coming and getting is corrected .. please see that the pictures I post tomorrow will speak for itself. 3 sides to a story mine, yours and the truth which is the pictures that will be posted

After faithfully coming to the salon for well over a year and a half, I made the mistake of telling my stylist Taylor that “I don’t like it.” My bad. I got fired from the salon. Told by the owner that my stylist “wasn’t a good fit for me” but “that’s ok.” No, it’s not OK. It’s not OK that you didn’t even try to fix what you guys messed up. No, it’s not OK to dismiss someone who’s been a long-time client because your stylist screwed her hair up. No, it’s not OK to refuse to admit that you made a mistake! I even walked into the salon with my hair almost exactly like the inspiration picture. I left with flat-looking, mousy colored hair that was COMPLETELY different than what I asked and paid for. When I advised Taylor that I didn’t like it—it just wasn’t right (or anything like the photo and my original hair)— she rolled her eyes at me. When I sent the pics to the manager/owner Tanya, she fired me as a client. I’m just astounded. All that was needed was, “I’m sorry we messed it up.” instead, you left me with this as the only forum to leave any lasting impact. Just incredible. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And now people will know that you handle conflict like bratty little children. The model pic is what I asked for; the two pics are what I got after 3x washing with clarifying shampoo. I was told it was the same—and then fired. Real professional.

The owner was nice enough to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment with Makenzie. I chose makenzie based on all of the reviews. I had a retouch , “balyage “ and a toner. My aggravation comes from the fact that it was $320 , spent 4 hours at the salon and you could hardly tell I had my hair colored. I am disappointed that the “balyage “ price I was charged you would think of would be all over. Instead it was two pieces in the back then on the sides … then the toner covered it up after I sat with lightener on my hair for an hour. When your fiancé says “ I thought you were getting your hair done “ … little disappointing. My roots look better. It was a great blow dry. That’s about. Unfortunately will have to spend more money when I get back home having this fixed.

Being new in town, I was in search of a great stylist. I tried someone highly recommended and it was a bust. And expensive. I reached out to my former stylist in Nashville and she did some homework. Bless her heart. She recommended I try Verde Eco Salon. They use top of the line products that few use in this area. I called and left a message. Tanya, the owner got back with me and I booked an appointment with Eric. (They are in a temporary location, but don't let that dictate your decision on whether or not to book with them.) My appointment was with Eric. I got a great cut and a partial highlight which added some depth I desperately needed. I have a TON of hair and most stylists are intimidated by it. I told Eric he could do whatever he wanted. He made a suggestion and off we went. When he was finished, my hair looked like a photo I'd torn from a magazine a while back. At the time I thought - I think this might be a good cut for me. Well, without knowing it, that's the cut he gave me. I will definitely go back to Eric - whether they are still in their temporary space or in their new "home". I felt I got a great service for...
