It would be insane to go anywhere else. I found them when I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé - I was not having fun shopping at all the places I'd been before then, I was just left to flip through the same catalog of boring rings while a sales associate stared at me.

The people here are artists, not sales associates. When I told Aaron what I was looking for he walked right back to the work shop and showed me the bar of silver he would make the ring out of, and even let me come back to the workshop to explain the casting process - it was SO COOL. He showed me some of Tennille's beautiful design sketches for another client and examples of Tom's engraving and I was blown away - he even let me hold some of the uncut gems while he told me about their sourcing - just because he could tell I was interested.

When it came time to design wedding rings there was no question where we were going. We were never rushed to decide anything, never pressured to get anything we didn't want. I had no idea what I wanted actually, and after hours of scrolling through google images and pinterest all I could find were pieces of rings I liked, but no one ring design I loved. Jen took everything I told her and designed the ring of my dreams that I couldn't even picture myself before.

Aaron told me to take the sapphires I liked outside to see them in the sun and helped me pick the perfect one. He and Tennille welcomed us to watch them melt down my mom's engagement band and cast it into my ring. Every step of the process was an incredible experience.

We are thrilled with our rings - they are timeless and stunning and unlike any rings we've seen before. Absolutely absolutely beautiful. AND THEY WERE LESS THAN OUR PROPOSED BUDGET.**

Took my bracelet in Oct. of 2023 to have a ring made out of some of the diamonds. It not only several months for it to get done. I recently made a purchase at a much larger jewelry store and they offered to clean my jewelry while picking up my new ring and all the stones in my rings and my husbands were checked and my diamonds that were just made into a ring by Elements were all loose and it was recommended that I not where the ring till I have something done with it somewhere. I do not feel comfortable going back. I also argued on the phone to Aaron about why he did not return my gold bracelet that he took the stones out of and he informed me that it was part of the deal. Well that was not spoken to me prior to paying for this ring and it was not written on the paperwork either. I see all there 5 star reviews but I don't believe them now. And I know I spent to much money. I could have bought a ring with equal or even bigger diamonds for less than what the ring they made cost and now I will have to spend more to...

I have been looking for a place to reset my Opal pendant for several years. Since 2017, in fact. I had yet to find a place that show genuine interest, and would meet my style preferences until I ran into elements through Google at Google reviews. Jennifer was pretty awesome to work with. I showed her a picture of my stones, and pictures of a couple of settings for inspiration that I had ran across and the last several years.
