RapidChow — Attraction in Jefferson City

First: the workflows are bad. Example, if you want to switch to takeout from delivery, it's not in filters. It's not even immediately obvious Poor UI design overall. Yes it's kinda pretty, but not really functional. Even then, you can't change address or even "find all restaurants and let me pick" kinda stuff. UI will bug our randomly

My order got canceled because I only left a $1.00 tip on my card since they won’t accept cash. I would have gave the drive a bigger tip with cash once my food was delivered. But the owner said “it wasn’t worth their time” because I didn’t leave the “mandatory” $4.00 tip. A $10 meal would have been $20 after all taxes and tip. Very...

They don't hardly put any of the menu options on the rapid chow app. The delivery fee seems high. They delivered to the wrong house, gave my order to someone's kids without verifying the name or address. Had to call customer service whi quickly...
