Smoothie King — Restaurant in Jefferson City

The smoothies & food is absolutely delicious !!! The one thing I super hate is they don’t answer the phone. Like ever. I always call the establishment when I order through DoorDash just so everything is correct & so that they don’t have a grumpy customer. Well I called 10 times !!! Not an answer once ! I understand they can be busy & what not but anytime I’ve ever called them , nobody picked up !! Which is super frustrating because I want to make sure that my order is correct (sometimes I get confused with DoorDash & I can’t expect them to know I didn’t want something in it that I picked you know?) I don’t want to have to go up there when I ordered DoorDash so I didn’t have to leave, & be upset about leaving & my smoothie being made incorrectly & I’m sure the staff doesn’t want that either. Not that I’d go up there & take my anger out on them , I just would rather avoid being upset about it. Overall besides that they’re absolutely amazing !!! One more thing about it , sometimes when I go up there , there’s some younger (teenage) girls , & sometimes they can be very snippy & rude , I just kinda brush it off. Even if you’re having a hard time or a shitty day , always remember not to take it out on others , especially a customer. We’ve done nothing to deserve that unless we were rude first. Anyways foods great , super nice , it’s jus the phone the occasional snippy girls. No biggie tho! Happy holidays to...

Not saying this is everyone. But my experience was terrible. First I went to pay for order. It went through only partly I still has some amount due. Told them to take off some of the order so I could still get something, they said ok,, then the staff told me that I needed to run my card again. Still declined but I checked my bank acc and the partial amount I had already paid was already taken out of my bank acc. Then told me there was a refund and it was going to take some time. Been over a day and and still no refund. Then later I went to get something with a 50$ bill. And was told they don't accept those. 0 star in this case if I could. I'm down 24.50 and didn't get any product. And wasted...

The smoothies still taste great but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I got a birthday reward and it was Friday so I thought I was supposed to get an upsize too, nope. The associate scanned it, it disappeared from my app, I go to pay and she still tried to charged full price. If that was the case she should have up sized it. I asked her, her name and she would not tell me. But she finally got it right and the name is on the receipt, Lindsay R. The fact that the rewards can not be used together and expire, is another aspect I think the company...
