We arrived at 7pm to DQ in JeffersonCit, MO. We are a family of 2 adults 2 teenagers & 1 pre teen. Everyone went thru & order got to my daughter & she told the nice / Polite young lady what she wanted & there was issue of it not wanting to allow order to be added. So the young lady called over a supervisor they figured out issue. The young lady apologized which I told her it was no problem. We paid for our food ( note we didnt buy any ice cream on this order) we go to where we get our drinks lids straws napkins and condiments. That was a mess, no napkins not even on the tables and non were brought out with order. Our order came they laid tray down and walked away. Started passing food to family and we only had 4 orders. Missing a whole meal, I get receipt & looked & meal wasnt even on the receipt which that order was the same one that supervisered apprently fixed. So i go to walk up front & the employee that brought food seen i was coming with receipts he asked if i was missing something I told him he said okay went up front so I assumed he took care of it. We waited about 10 mintues which the rest of my family was almost done. So i walked up front was able to talk to same young lady that was polite. I told her what happened. She hot supervisor attn. The supervisor says yes here it is and handed me just burger I said i need fries supervisor walks off continues to call out orders to cooks. The young lady that was very sweet looked at her supervisor saying she needs fries completely ignored her so the gal went to ask for fries finally the manager tells out I need frie like it was issue. The gal gets them, I go back to give my daughter her food, which I had not even got to eat mine so of course my food was cold. I ate got done. My kids wanted ice cream of course š So hubbys take kids up to order 4 blizzards & 1 choc shake. For some reason they brought each one separately. We wait & wait as my son's blizzard never came so waiting them went up asked about it & they put it in the drive thru. I also had a to go order, that came 1 items at time. 1 employee brings my burger then another employee brings my side (onion rings). Why do you bring meal out separatly SMH. It was dinner time but come on. We had issue with our last visit with missing food but I just let it go & figured okay maybe bad day. So we figured we try again & yeah this is result of a Bad Review.

My daughter was extremely upset that her banana split wasnāt made right. My Son and I got the wrong blizzards and I tried to call three times which nobody answered so I knew since it was a holiday that they were extremely busy so instead of blowing up your phone decided I would just come back a different day and discuss the inconvenience. When Amber āthe managerā accused me of just trying to get free ice cream because my name wasnāt in the book I told her I had my receipt and didnāt think it be that big of a deal if I came back just a different day. I have never encountered such a rude individual that is supposed to be a role model for the rest of the crew and thatās sad because Iām the store supervisor of TGIF. Whenever I purchased my messed up order again it was like drinking a blizzard so I might as well have been a shake I will never return to the Dairy Queen and I am extremely disappointed in the behavior of one who is supposed to be held to a higher standard regardless of what the situation is youāre not supposed to be disrespectful and rude to your customers especially whenever youāre training new people. So Amber I just want to give you a shout out for being the worst manager Iāve ever came across in that sad because Iāve been supervising stores for the past 10 years in my life you might wanna go back to a crewmember because you clearly donāt know how to speak to people and I canāt wait to talk to Tracy in the morning. We called back and asked to speak with the manger and the lady told us she was the general manger her name was yoland she was very rude, hateful and disrespectful to us telling us that she severed poor people all the time. And that we got all of our food well we didnt. She asked if we had the receipt and we told her yes. She told us she wasnt going to replace the food.This lady doesnt need the job position title that she carries. If she thinks that she has the right to judge people on what kind of money people have. Im just saying then she isnt very rich either because she wouldnt be working there either. And then telling my daughter if we came back there she would have her daddy to run us off.
