CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Jeffersontown

This location was my back up for my usual CVS. When I needed to come to this location I got quick, easy, and friendly service. Lately, they have been closed and do not notify the customers through an automated text/call or on the hours posted online. It is always when it seems to be convenient for me to make a trip or on a day like this when I am sick that they are closed. They are better than other locations for the most part but are becoming inconvenient like the others. They aren't the only CVS that is like this. The one in Target on Mall Road is really bad about closing. I understand the staff is short handed and every work environment has problems but as a courtesy I feel customers should be more informed and aware of why this issue is happening so often because I personally can no longer rely on...

I came into this CVS, which is located inside of a Target, 5 minutes after I left the Dr. Office. The Pharmasist said the perscription had not yet arrived but she suggested it would not be long and I should feel free to wait. I went to the Starbucks located in the store. within 5 minutes I received a test notifying me that the perscription had been received. It said the perscription would be fill in X hours and asked if I needed it sooner. Replied to the text and said sooner. Within about 10 minutes I received notice that the perscription was ready. I went to pick it up immediately. The Pharmasist was extremely nice and anxious to answer...

I love the pharmacy staff at this location! Even if it's a pain in the butt having to go inside of Target and they close earlier than most pharmacy's... The staff alone make up for it! Jared has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. If insurance doesn't cover the prescription he is looking for coupons and finding the cheapest option for me. And if it's not in stock...he will find someone who has it or order it on rush! He is a fantastic employee! Always helpful, Always friendly and Always respectful! If he were to ever leave CVS... I just may have to...
