I've been to the store several times for my cell phone needs and they have always been a tremendous help. I have found that this is not the heaviest trafficked store so I'm always able to be seen immediately. I've been to other stores before where customers had to wait hours because of the heavy traffic. I really like being able to get in, ask my questions, get what I need, and be on my way. The last time I came in, I needed a screen protector replacement for my LG G7 ( which I also bought from this location and is my favorite phone I've ever owned!). My wife's iPhone 7 screen protector had also broke so I tried to get both protectors at Target. I was able to find a protector for her iPhone, but Target did not carry the screen protector I needed. So I figured I could go to the store I bought the phone at. Because both my wife and I had bought our original screen protectors from this retailer, they were actually able to get us both new screen protectors at 50% off (!), which was cheaper than the one new protector I had bought for my wife's phone at Target. Thankfully I had not put her new screen protector on yet, and we were able to return it and save some money. The representative who assisted us was extremely friendly and even put the protectors on for us. This is definitely the place to go if you're a Verizon customer and need personalized assistance. Read moreProbably one of the absolute worst sales experiences I've ever had in my life. I went to this store the other day with a problem with my phone (cracked screen) and I have asurion insurance on it, I'd like to file a claim and get it repaired or replaced, whatever needs to be done, doesn't matter to me. So I show them my phone, they pull my account, and immediately start discussing paying off the remaining balance on my phone ($561) and getting some new LG phone (that I have absolutely zero interest in). All I'd like to do is take care of the issue with my phone, not pay it off today, not buy a different phone, just fix the screen or get me a refurbished phone. Also, I'd like to point out that I'm current on my bill as well. I was literally told verbatim by the salesman "you can pay $561 or you can pay $561 if you want to fix the issue". So I walked out after this 15 minute ordeal because they have absolutely zero interest in customer service. I called their customer service 1-800 number and got the issue taken care of in 10 minutes, no problem. Read moreVery pleased with my experience here at the Verizon store at Stoneybrook. I came in with a Samsung phone that I've had for about two-and-a-half years. The phone had been good and I've been on Verizon since I first started with cell phones. But the camera would not work and Keith's was very helpful trying to find a solution and determine if it was a hardware problem or something with software. He left me his name and number and I came told him I would think about what I wanted to do and what other phones were available. About two weeks later I contact Keith and told him I was ready to make some changes and we set an appointment today for Friday and this was even his day off but he agreed me to meet me at the Stony Brook store which was closest to my home. I have purchased another phone we were able to transfer over all the stuff even though the old one was giving us problems because of the camera. If I have any other questions I will contact Keith.
