My least favorite Con Huevos location. Thankfully the food is not as bland as their service. (Lack of personality and attention to detail) I’ve given this location a couple chances hoping they’d redeem themselves but it gets worse every time. Today, we inconvenienced their staff by distracting them from their cell phones to take our order. The young lady taking the order was not happy to be dealing with customers or answer questions. She was condescending and simply not interested in our business although they seemed to have been having a slow morning. They were out of stock on basic drinks but didn’t notify us until after we paid and only included the bare minimum with their dishes. For example our Tres Leches Pancakes were not only almost forgotten but she slapped a couple strawberries and tossed them on the counter when I reminded her of them. They were served plain so you have to ask for the actual Tres Leches. For the real experience, full menu at better rates visit the Frankfort Ave location...

Spoiler Alert: it definitely can!
On our last day in Louisville the past weekend, my wife and I decided to walk from our hotel over to Con Huevos! to grab a quick breakfast. Located inside of the Falls City Market, the simple and unimposing little eatery delivered what may be one of my top three breakfasts of all time. As someone who lives and dies by breakfast, this is not a statement I make lightly. Trust me, I could go on and on about the food, but nothing I say will truly do it justice. What I can say is this: I highly, highly recommend you treat yourself and stop in sometime for a five-star...
Read moreHuge disappointment! I rated 2 stars just because I have a hard time giving anyone only one. Don’t come here thinking it’s the full restaurant. It’s not! This, my friends, is 100% fast food. And it does not specify any differences on the con huevos website. That needs to change for sure! I had a breakfast sandwich that was extremely sloppily put together and tossed into a bag. It contained ingredients that were not listed on the menu board (and that I am allergic to) and the bun was very store-bought second day old style hard and stale. Could not eat it. They were out of napkins and extremely lacking of any type of condiments, aside from the fast food packets of ketchup, salt and pepper sitting on the counter. I cannot express how...
