I've attempted to use this location 3 separate times. Each time... it hasn't been any better. The first time I waited on a pickup order for 52 mins after the time in which it said it would be ready. And there was hardly anyone there. After 2 ladies went "looking" for my order. The order was cold, needless to say. Today an order was placed.... a cafe latte for 6.49 (plus the tax) ... This came to me in a generic Styrofoam regular size cup, with a lid that did not fit. So, it wouldn't close. I removed the lid to take a sip. It was 1/3 filled, and EXTREMELY hot. WAY hotter than coming from a coffee making device. I burnt the roof of my mouth and split it down the front of me. And here's the real kicker... I requested oat milk to be added to it.... So, there was no reason to be scolding hot like that. What I tasted was decaf coffee with maybe splash of cream. I requested a refund, which was given to me. The manager did inquire as to why I requested it. I told her and she stated, "well it supposed to come in a small cup". That doesn't explain the rip-off that you put in it, or the microwave heat you allowed to be applied. This was the last order that this office will place. We've never went inside to eat... when I went in the main door (which I've always used the side, up to this point), the dining area smells of soured carpet and mildew. It says a lot about a place when you walk in the door and get smacked with stench. I do appreciate the manager coming to speak with me and the speediness of the refund. On...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting both Wild Egg Cafe and Activate in Louisville, Kentucky, and I wanted to take a moment to commend an exceptional employee, Genesis, for her outstanding service.

During my visit to Wild Egg Cafe with my family, Genesis greeted us as the hostess. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were seated quickly, exceeding our expectations. Her warm demeanor and professionalism set a positive tone for our dining experience.

The very next day, we visited Activate, and to our surprise, Genesis was also working there. Not only did she provide excellent service once again, but she also remembered my name from the previous day at the cafe. Her ability to recall a customer's name across two different settings in such a short time frame was truly impressive and speaks volumes about her attention to detail and dedication to her work.

Genesis made us feel genuinely welcome at both establishments. Her hospitality, friendly nature, and remarkable memory are qualities that greatly enhance the customer experience. It's rare to encounter someone with such a natural talent for making people feel valued and remembered, and I believe she is a significant asset to both of your teams.

I promised Genesis I would share my positive experience, and I am more than happy to do so. Please extend my gratitude to her and recognize her for the exceptional service she provides. Employees like Genesis make a lasting impression and encourage...

My husband and I visit a restaurant almost every Sunday after church. This week, we decided to try out the new Wild Eggs in Jeffersontown. Did I say we eat out a lot? Well this was the best breakfast we’ve had in a long time. There was a bit of a wait, but they can’t help they’re so popular. Once we sat down, you would not have known they were busy. Jodi was a very attentive server and made sure our order was just the way we wanted it. She returned quickly with our drinks and seriously the food seemed like it was just a couple of minutes later. Yes, we enjoy one another’s company but we didn’t lose track of time that much! Not only was the food quick, it was absolutely delicious. My husband’s French Toast was melt in your mouth good and the rest of his food was cooked to perfection. I had the Chicken Waffle. My mouth was in for a wonderful surprise. The meal was sweet, savory and spicy. That spice was a bit of a surprise, but paired with the buttermilk syrup and waffle it was practically perfect. While we were eating, the manger Shawn checked in on us and those around us on several occasions. I saw a team member come to him with a problem and he reacted to help immediately. The last time he checked in with us, we shared how happy we were with our experience. He practically gushed about his team and how much he appreciates them. This was a fantastic meal with a positive atmosphere. Needless to say, we will...

Wild Eggs is one of our favorite places to enjoy a late breakfast. We thought that we had visited every location until we stumbled upon this one. So we whipped in on the spur of the moment. The place looked relatively new. Spacious inside. The waiter was extremely polite and very fast on his feet taking good care of his customer's. One us tried something new and it was fine. Our only complaint, and the reason for only 4 stars, is the fact that it tool entirely too long for the food to arrive. It was definitely the kitchens fault. And the place had 6 tables being used inside and 2 outside, so it wasn't as if they were busy. We have been to Dupont numerous times when they were getting slammed, when you couldn't find a parking spot and people were lined out of the door, and yet they are always fast with the food. Not sure what the problem was, but someone needs to look into it. Hopefully this location can live up to the fast service as all the others. Beyond the slow service, everything else was fine.

My wife arrived right after church and faced a twenty minute wait with reservations. We ordered the Mad Platter to be shared between us. We ordered three scrambled eggs, a double order of bacon, grits, wheat toast, a slice of french toast, and we both got coffee. The coffee was promptly served; it was a little stronger than we like, but enough cream overpowered it. The order arrived, and the eggs were good; most of the bacon was crushed and a little greasy, the grits okay, the toast was cold; the butter wouldn't even melt despite putting it on the minute it arrived. Everything was overall good, just not spectacular. We also ordered a muffin to go, not much for the money.

This was my 2nd time ordering take out from this location & must say not impressed by the presentation or quality. I ordered the farmer’s market skillet with 2 orders of French toast & each time the portions are small, overcooked & potatoes are hard/dried out as if they are old. No syrup in the bag for the French toast. I could be wrong, but I thought French toast normally has powdered sugar & sometimes cinnamon. Not my French toast it was just a dry piece of bread cooked in egg. I decided to give this location a try because I live so close, but for the price I expected more. Unfortunately, I will not be back.
