Fussy Friends pet supply — Attraction in Jersey City

Prepare to be scammed. They don’t have a specific policy. They will verbally tell you you can return something and when you do they point a sign that was hidden with a product that says no returns/exchanges. The owner then ripped out the sign and still refuse to give me my money back. After she gave me a store credit card she put an expiration date for the next time and tried to scam my mother. After I realized that she only gave 1 day of store credit and mind you on New Year’s Eve is that she finally changed it after telling her for 5 minute. I’ve never seen such a bad way of doing business before. Wasted so much time while the owner was fake coughing all over the counter and she could see that I’m pregnant. So much for supporting...

Products are all priced affordable. I have a lop bunny (a rather large bunny,) & I buy his hay & snacks from this store about once a week / every 10 days or so. They have a decant assortment of snacks and types of hay. I know they have tons of dog/cat food&snack choices as well. Tons of toys & training items. Leashes & cages available too. The ONLY complaint I have with the store is the staff. They're always on there phone, not really engaging. They don't say hi, don't ask if you need anything. They have pretty good options for cat/dog food and accessories. Maybe they can upgrade their food range for reptiles since there are a lot of reptile pet owners in the area and the options they have are basic and limited. However, their prices for pet accessories are on the higher end. They manually write their prices. Otherwise their selection for pet stuff is amazing and the cashier at front is very helpful and engages well with...
