I rarely leave reviews unless its of praise to businesses, but it was actually comical how the staff member went about an error on their system while my mother tried to pay. The man wearing gray who had tied up hair, who seemed to be the manager was unhelpful, condescending, and just outright rude to not only us customers, but to his coworker. As we were paying, the system on their end glitched, and though there was no receipt that printed, the charge came up on our bank account. The worker demanded we either wait for the receipt (which did not end up printing after 10ish min) or we must recharge the card. As the charge was already made to the bank account, we were skeptical to double charge, as it would be an inconvenience for us if we have to call to get it reversed. My mother was trying to explain that she didnt want to be double charged and was showing the man the charge on her account. In response he would mumble to himself “oh my god, oh my god,” as if my mother was an idiot. He was hostile and condescending as if we were the ones at fault for STAPLE’s technological malfunction. Its funny he even had the audacity to say “call your bank.” Not to mention he kept trying to contact his coworker through the mic and she didnt hear so he yelled across the register to where the tech register is “DO YOU NOT HEAR ME???!!” I wish I got his name because I was shocked with just how rude he was without even being provoked. He wore a gray shirt, long tied hair, had dark purple painted nails, and an ugly attitude. We wouldve waited for the receipt if he didnt speak to us as if we were children. Read moreI recently went school shopping my daughter was so excited to find her irradecent mermaid pencil case. It was sealed so we figured everything was fine when we get home and open it the inside zipper was broken so we returned it ans asked if there were more in stock which i was told they had 50 on hand. Prior to asking I searched thece.tite store top to bottom looking nothing she had a team member look I told her if it's 50 it has to be a case or something. No response after looking myself and waiting on them for 25 minutes I walked out. Went online and placed an order when I went to pick up they gave me some pastel flower one nothing like the one I ordered at this point it Said there were still 50 in stock they said oh its this one sorry only to get home and realize it was the same broken one I returned. Now I'm livid it's not hard look for the boxes it's clearly in stock. Headless to say I was on vacation and looked in 4 stores in PA and those employees were so helpful and knowledgeable one even offered to order it online and ship it to me why did none of the other stores offer this prior? Truly disappointed in my interaction and shopping experience and needless to say my daughter is upset we couldn't find it. This has been a month long mission with no success. Added photo for what we were looking for. I'm pretty say I have searched and searched with no success....Train these employees stock your selves all those boxes up on top could of been put out would of probably brought u more sales if it was on the floor there was clearly space...

The whole department needs a restructure as both the man whose name starts with a J (Mr. “I don’t care to do my job/i’m not the one who did the order”) and Angel both suck at competency and customer service. Their “managers” are also laughable at how they handle customers.
I placed an order through Canva and this staples was supposed to fulfill this order for 1000 postcards. Initially they only gave me 315 postcards. The worker J “i’m too lazy to get off my seat and look for the rest of your order” made it clear he had no interest in giving me the rest of the order and I made a stink about it because I paid for 1000. Finally they said they printed the rest and when someone went to pick up the order under my name for me my colleague said both Angel, J “i hate my job”, and the managers all looked at each other with a face.
Staples needs to evaluate their over paid employees because this store is rarified garbage with them...
