I've been in the personalization business for over 50 years and I've dealt with a lot of computer stores, but by far this has been the best experience I've ever had! During the graduation awards rush, my main server went down and it had the "black screen of death" and would not do anything no matter what I did. I called and Bob said, "Bring it in and I'll fix it". I said you don't even know what's wrong with it, and he said "If it 'aint broke, I can't fix it". I told him that I was from Kingsport and he said he will have it ready while I wait so I can get my work knocked out.... So I packed up the CPU and drove it over to JC. He said he will call me when it was done. We went to lunch and before we could finish he called and said it was all ready to pick up!!!!

He is WONDERFUL. He was able to quickly assess what the issue was with my laptop and advise me on the options. I ended up getting a new computer. He gave me good advice that for what I was looking for, I would come out better to buy a particular laptop that was on sale at a different store (which he looked up and researched for me to see what was available in my price range!). I brought it to him to set up my new laptop. He did a perfect job, fast, reasonably priced, and super transparent and clear.
