Lyndon B. Johnson Event Center — Attraction in Johnson City

This has to be one of the coolest parks I've gone to. They have an accurate historical representation of what it was like when the families lived there, what their Farm would have looked like and even cattle that you could get close to without getting too close to. I even had the chance 2 talk to one of the volunteers who was in charge of taking care of the Longhorns. I plan on taking my baby boy once it warms up...

I went to see what it was all about. The National Parks personnel were very friendly and helpful, explaining the best times to come and how large the actual facility is.
